One of our local go to places...staff is always friendly, the foods always been good, wait times have never been too excessive. 8-12-25 It's been awhile since we'd been to Longhorn...and even longer for leaving a review. Stopped by earlier after a day spent at the hospital (everything is ok) and the New York Strip, Parmesan Encrusted Chicken, Loaded Baked Potato, Corn on the Cob, and the warm bread served beforehand were all excellent. We'd forgotten the fact that they tend to under estimate the level of " doneness" of the steaks at Longhorn and medium-rare was slightly more rare than expected but not so much that I was just not going to eat it but just noting that it is something we've noticed over the years. It'd been awhile since our last visit and I'd forgotten this last little bit of information. Bryan was a great server and was on top of every detail...very nice! He had a great idea that I think we'll ask about next time...getting some of that parmesan cheese put onto the baked potato.....that would be amazing! Overall a good trip there today. read more

LongHorn Steakhouse was busy on this Saturday night. Our table of 8 had called ahead of time and was told we would be placed on the waitlist, but upon arrival, we were told they didn't take reservations or make a waitlist for us. The hostesses seemed very overwhelmed and stressed. Once sat down at our table, our waitress was great, but the food was unfortunately not as good as we remembered. My husband got 5 chicken tenders instead of the 9 he ordered, my sister got the wrong side, my burger was overcooked, the steak was overseasoned, and they placed our food in the wrong order so we had to shuffle the plates to get our food to the right person. I understand a busy night can cause some errors, but this was too much for one meal. We were at this location 2 years ago and were very pleased with our visit then, but we think the business has gone downhill since. read more

Pictures and review are from two recent visits. Used to go here for special occasions, or alternatively for a drink and app at the bar, and during covid for curb side pick up. Really consistent good food, and lately stellar service. Nice to be able to put your name in for a table online (online to-go ordering is very easy as well). Pace is brisk, they will definitely allow you to linger but otherwise it's order, eat and get moving on out. Wild west shrimp is always awesome. We visit this place a few times a month for the food, atmosphere and customer service. Jordan and Jaqueline are AMAZING! Jordan was very accommodating when one of my friend's son was starting to have a meltdown. She was kind and guided him out of it. She went way above and beyond!! Then there's Jaqueline; she is everything you want in a server. She is friendly, efficient and very tuned in to making your dining experience a great one!!! read more

Recently on Memorial day, my family and me decided to go to Longhorn. We arrived at 350pm. I ordered the 1/2 pound burger and ordered it medium. Twenty five minutes later, I got what I consider a raw Hamburger. So the manager offered to cook me another burger, I agreed. Then twenty minutes later, they brought me another burger. This one was even less cooked then the previous one. I also sat for twenty minutes+ with no drink because the server was avoiding us I guess. So my family eat their meals and we left, I did get some fries and bread. This service is going downhill on the last few visits. No other compensation offered for the fact I couldn't get an edible meal in one hour. read more

What's happening at the Longhorn? Last 2 times we've been there, over a month apart, they didn't bring bread (until we ask?). This last time the bread was SO HARD the knife would not cut through it. The crust was so hard couldn't eat. The Renegade Sirloin, which we've had before was cooked perfectly but definitely not as tender as usual. Our party knew what they was ordering so we placed the menus at the edge of the table. 8:25 rolled around and we had yet to be acknowledged by anyone. The restaurant was not busy and we could see several waiters/waitresses leaning and socializing with each other. Too bad. Food quality is typically quite good. But the bar service is lacking. I came in asking for them to put MNF on the TV and was looked at like I was from mars. Ordered an app and a steak w a salad. The app and sale came out at the same time with the steak out less than a minute later. When I asked the bartender if I gave him the impression that I was in a rushed he proceeded to tell me that it was my fault the way I ordered because I told him what I wanted all at once. I said that I mentioned that I wanted to watch the game and was in no rush and he just made excuses for why I was at fault. I sent the steak back. Later the manager on duty brought the same steak back with the least sincere apology I've ever heard. It's easy to see where the lack of accountability comes from. I won't be back. read more

This was my first experience at longhorn and will definitely be the last. I went there on a date with my boyfriend. The waitress was very polite but only to my boyfriend. Like wayyy too polite. My man noticed she was shooting me dirty looks as she walked away. The food was delicious which is why I gave the 2 stars. But our waitress was very rude to me for absolutely no reason. When she handed us the check she bent over the table in-front of my boyfriend and told him to leave her a 5 star review. Not appropriate or professional. I've been a regular for years and the quality of food has gone down hill drastically along with the service. I just had Stockholm syndrome eating there but take your business to red lobster where all the best servers and cooks from longhorns moved to so you don't get an overcooked steak you paid $30 for. It's actually astonishing just how much better red lobster is and it's right up the street so give it a chance. Went here for the first time and we were extremely impressed! We mentioned we had never been there before and they gave us the option of a free appetizer of desert which was so nice! Our server was so sweet and helpful. The steaks we ordered were absolutely perfect and so tender and were seasoned perfectly. Speedy, nice service; great staff. I got a Flo with light seasoning with broccoli. It was excellent. The wait for seating was longer than I wanted at the moment (borderline hangry), so I opted for bar seating. Drink stayed full, and I felt very attended to. Glad I chose this place, even if it was a bit out of my way verses Texas Roadhouse which was closer. Longhorn was much quieter and conducive to conversation. Btw, their broccoli is AWESOME. This was our first time eating at this chain, and admittedly went in with fairly low expectations, but there weren't a lot of other options for dinner. We were pleasantly surprised! The service was excellent, the restaurant was clean, the steaks and sides were delicious and the price was reasonable. You can tell this place is well managed.
