The clinic itself was very clean, quiet, and organized, which immediately made me feel comfortable. During the consultation, they took the time to listen to my concerns and explain what would actually be beneficial for my face instead of trying to sell me unnecessary treatments. I was especially worried about facial volume loss after Ultherapy, and I appreciated that they brought up the potential side effects first and explained everything in detail. What impressed me most was how personalized the treatment plan was. Since I have less facial fat in certain areas, they carefully adjusted the number of shots there while focusing more on areas where I carry more fullness, like my jawline and under my chin. It made me feel like they were truly customizing the treatment for my face rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. I had heard that Ultherapy can be extremely painful (some people even get sedation for it in Korea), so I was honestly nervous. However, they applied numbing cream and let it sit for about an hour beforehand, and the treatment ended up being much more comfortable than I expected. I had a noticeable double chin before the procedure, and I was genuinely surprised to see improvement starting the very next day. I live quite a distance away in Los Angeles, but after this experience, I can confidently say I'll be coming back here for future treatments. Highly recommend!
