TERRIBLE!!!! My daughter had a cyst on her chest removed. A week after it did not look right, we…read morewent back and they said it was fine. Still not seeming like it was healing right, we went to a different practice. He said it looked like a keloid and treated it, did not change, so he sent us to a plastic surgeon. He treated it to soften it for surgery for year. When he was able to finally do the surgery, he asked how many stitches the original derm (mindful) used to close the incision. They didn't use any. He said it looked as if some of the glue they used got into the incision and that is why it formed the keloid. I was so mad! Not only did we tell them it did not look right, but they obviously did not do a good job since they got glue in the wound. I have never gone back obviously, And while I did go there at that time, I will say they over charge for all of their esthetics. I feel they are more about money than how than anything else.

I left a message on the voice mail and someone called me back that same day. Unfortunately they are only open till 5 or 6 during the week. Most days I don't even leave work till 6:30. They informed me that they are open one Saturday a month so I made sure to grab up a time quick! Upon walking in, the waiting room is small. But it's a small facility that only takes about 3 clients at a time so there's no need for a massive waiting room. Not to mention all you do is fill out a document and you're on your way. I read through the document because I hate when they grab you in the fine print with something sneaky. There was nothing out of the ordinary. Just your standard warning that skin may turn red, cancelations not made 24 hours before require a charge, etc. Pretty standard. I looked to see if there was anything about tipping. I didn't see anything so I made sure to remember to tip before I left. Barbara was the one who did my facial and microdermabrasion. She was so incredibly sweet. I actually fell asleep at one point because I was so relaxed with the music, smells and feeling of the facial procedure. The whole thing took about an hour. When I got done Barbara handed me a mirror to look at my skin. It looked awesome! The tone was even and my skin looked so refreshed! I am very happy with my results and I would definitely recommend this place.

After each treatment, the facialist would excuse himself to go to a back room. After a while I would open my eyes and wonder where this person went. Then about 30 minutes into this stop and go treatment, the facialist puts a cooling mask on me says he has to go wash dishes and will be back again. Let's play this through. He's about to go wash dirty dishes of some kind and then come back and touch my face? I don't think so. Further, if I wanted a 20 minute mask treatment, I can do that at home. I come to facial appointments for the skin manipulation, massage, steam, serums, etc. not for a person to spend the majority of the appointment in a back room while I'm out marinating in a bull pen. It's clear by the empty room that this sentiment must be shared by others. There are plenty of facial spas out there that offer much more attentive and individualized services at the same price point. Needless to say, I will not be back.
