He somewhat overwhelmed my sometimes-shy 13-year old with his bold, friendly greeting and then launching right into a whole bunch of questions about her long-standing ankle injury. He had x-rays taken of her ankle - digital machinery right there made this fast and easy, and the x-rays immediately appeared on the computer screen, which was excellent and made for easy analysis by the doctor. He did a very thorough exam of the structures and then had her try a number of maneuvers standing up and then seated. He arrived at a diagnosis and proposed a fairly simple three-week treatment plan, with the caveat that he doesn't like to see this kind of problem go on so long and that it could be something more complex than a strained anterior tibial tendon. If she still has pain after three weeks, we are to return for an MRI and a more complete diagnostic work-up. I was very pleased with the amount of information he shared in a short appointment. He was bright and very engaged... this was no checklist diagnosis without any connection to the actual patient. You might want to be prepared to take notes... he speaks quickly and you might find that twenty minutes later, you can't remember what he said. I liked how efficient their office staff was; they didn't keep us hanging around for anything, they didn't run late, and we were out of there in much less time than I expected. The entire clinic appeared to be very clean and the equipment and systems were top-notch.

Dr. Castle delayed the surgery until he was healthy enough to handle and has been very proactive in his care. Everything went perfect and he is healing well. We will be scheduling a second knee replacement with Dr Castle soon. His assistant Kelsey (sp?) has also been prompt and helpful when needed. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr Castle. We have 3 sons, all were athletes through college and 2 professionally. I have been through many orthopedic procedures and surgeons and I think Dr Castle is one of the best!

Alexander Arzeno, MD is the most professionally disinterested non analytical person I have seen…read more After seeing him for daily, sweat inducing, blinding pain at the very specific finger touch spot of T10, he looked directly at my MRI showing clearly a T10 Enneking stage 2 intra-osseous Atypical Vertebral Hemangioma (AVH) and stated that he had never seen any hemangioma that caused issues before, therefore, would not even conceptualize that this could be a problem for me. So in his eyes he still hasn't seen a hemangioma that causes a problem. He sent me away with a diagnosis of "lumbar" pain... and an unsigned (worthless as In Washington State, unsigned referral orders from an actual provider (not a CNA, MA or RN) are generally considered incomplete and invalid for processing, as they lack the necessary authorization. ) order for physical therapy for lumbar pain... pain which I don't have and never told him that I did have. I shouldn't have to detail that I am an RN with a BSN to prove that I know the difference between thoracic and lumbar vertebrae. Additionally, professionally, he should have considered any differential diagnosis. Luckily for me, following on from this visit, my ARPN PCP immediately knew and recognized the problem, sent me to a different specialist who immediately understood what was occurring, they immediately created a treatment plan for the T10 Enneking stage 2 AVH and my insurance immediately approved the plan. All of whom knew more about thoracic medicine than this professionally and intellectually disinterested individual. I'm not sure if he is just lazy, completely bored by his career choice or very negligent, but his ignorance caused 6 additional months of severe pain and debilitating life changes. Moreover, he will continue to misdiagnose thoracic pain as lumbar pain and dismiss severe pain due to Enneking stage 2\3 hemangiomas for anyone who misguidedly chooses him as a person to visit for pain. For anyone doubting the information re AVH here, you can google Enneking stages or review the below paper. https://www.frontiersin.org/journals/oncology/articles/10.3389/fonc.2025.1632237/full If any attorneys out there feel I have a case against this provider for negligence, please contact me directly.

Kevin was my physical therapist for both injuries and Sam assisted him. Both Kevin and Sam were consistently thoughtful, supportive, and encouraging. The first day I walked in, I was in pain and quite nervous and not sure what to expect. Kevin was very kind, great about explaining everything along the way, and his treatment plan and recommendations were incredibly effective - with both injuries, I was able to get back to pain-free far more quickly than I'd anticipated. I'm interested in research, and it was clear he keeps up to date on the latest research in his field, which is excellent and would certainly contribute to how effectively he's able to treat his patients. It's also clear they both genuinely care - it shows in everything they do. They are professional, capable, and will treat you like a friend. I will always be grateful to them for how they helped me recover from my injuries with such reassurance and sincere concern for my overall well-being. If you ever need physical therapy for any reason whatsoever, definitely choose Issaquah Physical Therapy. I'm incredibly grateful to have found them. I only wish they owned a gym so I could keep working with them to improve my overall fitness!

Working with Dr. Cobbs during a really scary medical event made the process so much more bearable!…read moreHe is kind, listens well, explains things simply, and made time to answer myself and my family's questions. Not only did he do a great job on my craniotomy (no small feat!), he made me feel human and was so compassionate. I cannot recommend him and his team enough! After surgery he explained well what happened and his office answered my questions quickly via MyChart. No one else I'd trust with my actual brain! And the research work he does is incredibly inspiring, going above simply working with patients to advance care for others. Thank you Dr. Cobbs and team!

Dr Cobbs is supposed to be a brain tumor expert. His first question was "So why are you here to see…read moreme today?" He didn't pick up on my sarcasm, when I chuckled, told him it was a worry when a specialist doesn't know why a patient is there to see them, then I said, "Well, we could start with the brain tumor." He told me that my chronic headaches, which sometimes feel like my eye is being pushed out, was unrelated to my tumor, that my vision changes were unrelated to my tumor, the frontal lobe where my brain tumor is has nothing to do with higher level math or communication. He told me that he could be 100% certain it was a benign meningioma from imaging. He said he could be certain the other tumors were unrelated: three breast tumors with discordant pathology/radiology, a contrast enhanced extradural spinal mass, and Drs trying to determine if I have a single adrenal tumor or bilateral, and others. He didn't ask me about any other symptoms - such as the toe twitching that recently started. My husband started worrying when he started to repeatedly beat me at Carcassonne, which used to be 1/6 games. My son thought the tumor explained some of my personality changes. The worst, Dr Cobbs claimed that 10% of all women have this type of brain tumor! My husband joined us (via FB messenger). Afterwards, he said, "Did he just say that 10% of all women have meningioma brain tumors? I'll have to look that up." Both my husband and I have done scientific research. I even wrote to Dr Cobbs to make sure we got his message right (attached). In the communication, he then said that higher level math was in the area of concern. I'm an applied mathematician. Women beware!!!!
