The technician was very courteous and professional, and even tho I've had MRI's in the past and know what to expect, they still made sure I was not only comfortable, but was informed of everything that was happening as it happened. Their yelp page (specifically for the Otsego location) has not been set up yet, but since I had a procedure at the Blaine location, I included my experience at the Otesego location here, When it came time for a needed spinal injection - they could not fit me in at the closer Otsego within the timeframe I requested, so they sent me to Blaine and got me in the literal next day. Another fantastic experience. Fast and easy check in, exceptional care pre-injection, And detailed explanations of what was happening during the procedure. Once again the Nurse was exceptionally courteous and professional, and alleviated all my fears of having a long sharp needle so close to my spinal cord. And, the Doctor was (aghast!) ON TIME! His skill had the injection done and over with in about 20 minutes, and the only thing I felt was the initial stab of the numbing needle. The dude had light hands ! YAY! I don't like my back being messed with, but if someone HAS to mess with it, I feel comfortable having the doctor and staff here messing with it.

This was convenient as I was only in town for a few days. The facility is very nice. It was clean and spacious, with plenty of changing rooms to prep for any imagining needs. Everyone is very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. They were very accommodating and made sure that you were content and comfortable. Overall, this was a good experience for me!

This was very disappointing, as both the front door signage and the website state that the urgent care is open until 8:00 PM. Being turned away while still well within posted business hours felt unprofessional and frustrating. If there is an earlier cutoff time for patients, that should be clearly communicated. With the addition of some worrisome test results, my midwife called and personally talked to her about changing my appointment to an internal diagnostic to check on the health of the baby. I get there and it was a tech that had only worked there for three days. When I asked about doing the internal she looked at me panicked, and said they didn't do those there. She did a quick abdominal but it wasn't what I needed. I still paid for the appointment. My midwives called her again and we rescheduled for another internal ultrasound on Monday morning. I had to wait another two days to get results I was already very anxious for. My midwives said I wouldn't be charged since there was such a misunderstanding on Saturday. When I get there she's nice enough. Her machine is old and she has the wand sitting inside me for over a minute before it even turns on. She does the exam, and then comes back in and asked for $100 more. When I told her I thought I didn't have to pay she was rude, said she can't do her work for free, and gave a lame excuse about why my appointment got messed up last time. I'm not angry at her because she gave me bad news. I was expecting it. Its the way she handled my scheduling mistake, still charged me for two ultrasounds even though I only ordered one, and was extremely rude to someone in shock and grief. Don't go here if you need answers fast, want customer service, need anything diagnostic or actually want answers about your baby. I guess it might be good if all you wanted was to see cute pictures but otherwise I will never be back here again.
