I thought I was good to go with a $25 co-pay. NOPE got nailed for $150 for 5 minutes with my Dr. and 5 minutes across the street at St. Johns........ after 30 years I will not return to this place.

This practice has left a bitter taste in my mouth…read more To begin with, the wait time is insane. I always arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment times. Each time I would wait at least a half hour after my appointment time before being seen. Had 2 appointments here (per a referral from my doctor) for extreme muscle fatigue, dizziness, nausea. My doctor was Peter Boardman. I expressed my concerns about serious things like MS and muscular dystrophy (which runs in my family) and he looked at me like I was crazy for thinking those things. Made me feel pretty annoyed. He ordered an MRI and an EMG. The EMG was done at their office while the MRI was at St. John's hospital across Beam. The woman who did my EMG did the shocking part fine, but when it came to putting needles in, she put them in and dug around around so hard to the point where I was wincing so hard in pain, and I have a decent pain tolerance. To this day (nearly 3 weeks after) I still have moderate-extreme pain where the woman dug her needle around in my upper arm. I can't bear any weight on it. Got my EMG results back 15 mins after the test was done and he told me the results before I left the office. Thankfully the MRI was not done there. I had the MRI done a few days after the EMG at St. John's. A few days after that, I received the results of the MRI on healtheast my chart. It said my brain was fine, but I had some lesions near my salivary glands that I could've used some explaining from the neuro doctor. Peter Boardman did not call me until over 3 weeks after the MRI results. Luckily I had hit my deductible for the year and insurance paid a large amount of my $1,000+ bill from there (which the cost of it is insanity). Needless to say I would not go back here even if someone paid me. Long wait times before your appointment, place is pretty run down especially the waiting room and chairs, staff seems to not know what they're doing. The front desk woman couldn't even decipher my which insurance company was on my insurance card which was a bit laughable but pretty worrying. If I ever have to go to a neuro again I will steer clear of this place.

Dr Gregory is a neurosurgeon - there was no option for that in the dropdown, so he's justed listed…read moreas 'doctor'. Although, if you're searching on him, you probably know his specialty. When we first found out that my mom needed brain surgery, my parents asked all the doctors they knew for recommendations, and Dr Gregory came highly recommended. As for competency, I can only say that the three surgeries he's performed on my mom went very well. I come from a completely non-medical bckground, but here is my perspective. One of them was considered 'routine' (if cutting into someone's brain can ever be considered routine!), a relatively common procedure that took probably 4 hours. The other two were considered more serious, and each took a full day and required nurse/support staff shift change in the middle, a ready supply of blood for transfusion, etc. Dr Gregory projects confidence. I especially appreciated this in pre-op. From the minute he walked into the room, he took charge of every aspect of the surgery. Post-surgery, he was straight-forward, honest, and reassuring. I think the most telling Dr Gregory quote was, post-surgery "She's still alive". Which, at first, sounded stark and harsh. But given the nature of the surgery was a very valid point. He doesn't sugar-coat. Dr Gregory's post-surgery in-hospital visits usually came late at night, I assume after a long day of surgery. So, we (the family) did find it a bit difficult to catch up with him in the weeks after surgery. However, one of the nurses in Dr Gregory's practice visited every day. They were in constant communication with Dr Gregory and there was never any confusion or question on what needed to be done.

I have been treated poorly or dismissed at other clinics for a skin issue that has been plaguing me for 5 years. I was checked in, got registered, sat in a nice clean, well lit waiting room with other people who were all experiencing their own emergencies. I got called on quickly. Saw 3 amazing nurses who treated me with care and kindness. If you value your dignity, this place will take amazing care of you. Saw the doctor who was absolutely a joy to speak to, listened, and offered amazing advice for treatment. Set me up with a referral to a dermatologist and had me out of the ER in a very short amount of time compared to other places I have been to. DR. Schroeder is probably the best doctor I have had the good fortune to have met. He really did an amazing job. My prescriptions were sent over to my pharmacy, and the follow up nurse named Riley made sure that I understood the prescriptions as well as listened to me ramble on about owning a Jeep. The first nurse who took me in was amazing, vegetarian and lovely behind her mask. The second nurse was also really kind but I do not remember his name. When I went to leave, finding my way out was made much easier thanks to a nurse with tattoos up her right arm, I did not get her name. I love this place and anyone who says it is terrible, obviously has never been happy a day in their life. This place did an amazing job.

Not only that but this doctor was extremely unprofessional barley talked to me, 3 minutes tops then was told I needed to leave because the clinic was closing, even though I stated I was waiting for my Uber and it was a snow storm. I'm not sure why they scheduled an appointment at 4:30 if the clinic closes at 5, considering I wasn't even taken into the room until 4:50. Also I asked to fill my prescription which is 30mg which they filled for ten likely because the doctor was rushing and gave a shit less about my health. Now I can't refill and am running low. On top of that they sent me a bill for $408 for a 3 minute conversation that went nowhere.

I was highly unimpressed. Then I never chose her service again.
