The boarding service is mostly for dogs, but they do offer limited number of boarding for cats located indoors. They can provide litter, food, and water if you'd like, but you can also provide your own food if your cat has dietary restrictions. They offer playtime for your cat during the day. We were under the impression that photos will be automatically uploaded to the boarding booking portal, but we had to ask for photos of our cat during his stay. Jen was super enthusiastic, welcoming, and thorough with explaining how the day would go and with giving us a report at pick up. I will definitely start taking Eboni more so she can socialize with other dogs more and have a safe place to stay when I travel internationally or domestically and don't want to stress her out with long flights. My only concern is that she's a small dog and they're not separate from the bigger dogs. I did express that to Jen and she assured me that most of the dogs are regulate and they all are safe and harmonious. That's the only thing that makes me a little nervous because I don't know what could set a bigger dog off to snap on a smaller one. Nothing happened when she was there though and Eboni seemed to like it. When I left her she kinda looked back like "Are you coming too mom?" But was comfortable with going in the back with Jen and the other young man. That gave me comfort. I appreciate how clean and vibrant the environment is. I smelled zero "dog smells" which is impressive you can tell she takes pride in all she does with her business.

First off I regret not leaving a first review when Genaro first did my dog's, stitch, haircut. He…read morelooks amazing and I honestly love how well he did with my dog. I've never gotten stitch back from his haircut and not have to treat cuts and razor burns. Genaro was the first person to give me what I asked for and managed not to cut stitch or give him razor burns. So thank you so much! Second, I had an emergency fumigation done at my home and had to be out of the house for about 4-5hrs including pets. Luckily I would be able to be at work but having to find my dog and 2 cats a sitter was nearly impossible until I asked Genaro. He was willing to take them for the day while my husband and I where at work and saved us from having to have one of us call out from work and drive around with them in a car all day. Such an exceptional experience that I'd definitely be going back and recommending to everyone. Price wise, he's affordable. Doesn't break the bank and he definitely offers way more than what you pay for, and for the better too! If you ever question about taking your dog or cats anywhere this is the place to take them! She accidentally got scratched by another dog while playing (not an aggressive scratch just an accident while playing) and they immediately called me and told me about it. It was super small and I honestly probably wouldn't have noticed if they hadn't told me and I appreciated the transparency. When she first started coming she was a little anxious to leave me and would bark when they would put her name tag on and they were always really kind about bringing her around the check in table to put her tag on so she was less stressed. Over the next several weeks she gradually grew more comfortable with them and now has no problem with them at check in. I really appreciated them taking her at her speed and being patient. Its great getting the daily picture and being able to check in on the wag camera too.
