The work was done beautifully, with a very nice concrete pour which closely matched our surrounding deck. They also redid our backyard sprinkler system, which really needed some (forgive me) TLC. That said, there were some issues that detracted from the experience. We observed several crew members urinating in our yard and Tony made light of it so we had to address the workers ourselves to use a bathroom. There was also a miscalculation in the amount of concrete needed; while Tony completed the job at no extra charge using bagged concrete-which we appreciate-the situation could have been handled better from the outset given his level of experience, use a tape measure. Cleanup was a concern. The crew left behind concrete residue on surfaces like the driveway requiring several hours of my time to sweep and scrape. In summary, while the quality of the finished work is good improvements in professionalism, planning accuracy and post job cleanup would make a significant difference in the overall experience. Without these issues he's a solid 4.0/5.0 stars but we had the issues. I also overpaid $50 and my text hasn't been answered. I also have a row of Oleander trees (20' tall bushes) that were hanging over my lawn. Frank's crew trimmed the Oleanders and raked and used leaf blowers to get rid of the leaves and debris. 5 guys working from 8 am to 4 pm. They filled this huge trailer with debris. They were very careful of my property and meticulous. I highly recommend Franks Landscaping.
