Erik was able to come out on relatively short notice and we asked about pet proof turf and he was able to bring a couple samples for us to view. Even though some of the samples he brought were super lush, he suggested a shorter turf so it's easier to clean. His quote was super reasonable as well. We pretty much knew we wanted to hire him right after he left so we gave him a call and he was able to come out 2 days later to install the turf. His team arrived early and spent the entire day getting rid of the stumps, leveling out the dirt, adding composite, and installing the turf. He also added some rocks at the border near the fence so the entire area looks super cute. I left on a work trip and came back a week later so I didn't see it the day it was done but coming back to it made me so happy. It looks incredibly good. I can't help but admire it every time I'm out there and my dogs are super in love with it too. If i ever need any additional landscaping or fence services, I will definitely hire Erik and his team again!

I chose them because they had the best strategy to combat the problem, even though they weren't the cheapest quote we received. I wanted the fix to last long term, not just hold me over for a year or two before another gopher invasion destroys our yard. Everything was extremely professional and delivered to contract specifications. We were extremely happy with the results. They had to move a portion of our fence to get the big equipment in but you wouldn't even know it had been moved because they were total pros putting things back. When we asked for additional scope of work (a French drain), they were quick to get back to me with a quote and incorporating the additional work didn't push out the timeline. All in all, highly recommend and we'll definitely use them again for our landscaping needs.

He tells me the plants are delicate, but yet they didn't treat them that way. I will never hire this unprofessional company again and recommend that you don't hire them either. Hired Joe's Concrete to replace a section of concrete with something thicker and reinforced…read more Pricing was very reasonable. Good communication, he showed up early and got it all done in one day. I didn't realize how out of level the existing slab was but he was able to accommodate and the section he poured was perfectly level. I did however end up renting a scarifier to bring down some parts 3/4" and grinding that smooth. In hindsight, I should have had Joe and his crew initially work it down like that from the start. But I guess in the moment it was too rushed to figure out the ideal compromise. The concrete delivery truck did come up short. He had to go and get bags to hand mix. That wasn't ideal since I was going off a spec sheet that said no hand mix. Overall it was an enjoyable little project and Joe and his crew did an excellent job. Can't wait to put the slab to use!

The boards and posts they used were bowed and cracked, and the finished fence looked worse than the one they replaced. Ergeon did send a second crew to swap the boards, but left the bad posts in place. Those posts are now coming loose from the concrete and bending. When I reached out for help, I never received a single callback or reply. Now I have to pay out of pocket to redo the entire fence before it collapses into my neighbor's yard. Ergeon took my money, delivered shoddy work, and went completely silent when it mattered most. Look elsewhere.

Because of this I had to pay them 2368Since I have filed a claim with the state contracts board. Currently under investigation. Now we have to get the concrete removed and repoured to look right. A simple job that just wasn't managed well and held no accountability. Very disappointed considering the history of this company and the reviews I saw before hiring her. Be very careful.

The contractors that did the demolition did not speak English well for me to clarify a request so some things went off as planned, but I ended up with a thicker stronger slab. Quality wise, the top finish was really nice but the pour on the first half left lots of honeycomb on the sides after the wood form were removed. After asking if they can honor their statement of customer satisfaction, Eduardo (owner) personally came in to repair it. It was a bumpy first experience, but I am satisfied with the final result.
