There's a nice playground for the kids & BBQ'n area (I believe you have to make RSVP for this area), but it's great for family get together, or receptions! There is also the Mosquito Serenade during the summer; which has different live music everywhere & it's FREE! A dog park is available as well! 2 different areas. 1 for big dogs, 1 for little dogs! Little doggy pools available + and agility course! They also provide poop bags! Tennis courts also! There is a plethora of activities at this park! Including beautiful river walking trails!

Not only do they teach trampoline and tumbling skills in a way that clicks with young athletes, but they also teach life skills on how to overcome obstacles, and they tell valuable life stories that are not only interesting, but also related to their lessons. We are immensely impressed with how much our kid has progressed in the 10 months since starting at G-Force with no prior experience. Our kid has more self confidence, a better idea of what sportsmanship is all about, and goals for her future that make me as a parent proud to be part of G-Force. It was scenic, there's lots of different lakes that dot the area. It's really pretty. People come here for boating, swimming, and hiking up to the waterfalls. Theres also water sports and camping in the summer months.

This place has a very cool bike obstacle course. They have 2 different levels. We walked to see the water and I seen a fish jump out of the water. There is a lot of shade while we were walking. I did go in to the art and gift shop and the drawing was fantastic. I was talking to the lady that works there and she said they change every month a different artist so do check them out. I would come back to this park and recommend anyone in the Redding area to go.
