Abdul tracked my flight, we stayed in touch, and he was right there ready to pick me up as we discussed. - Safe -- Abdul is a safe driver. Reasonable speed (not slow but not too fast); no sudden turns; no abrupt braking. It was a smooth ride because he drove well and paid attention. And he was definitely not checking his phone while driving other than to glance at navigation toward the end of the trip once we got deeper into my neighborhood. - Clean and Comfortable -- his car was very comfortable and impeccably clean. He made sure to provide bottled water for his passengers just in case. - Accommodating -- we didn't need to stop, but he let me know upfront that (despite our many hours of delay) he would be happy to make any stops I requested. The person I emailed back and forth during this was very communicative and helpful, and I was able to come back a year later and rebook with them with my deposit still applying. The party bus was nice, although it says it can accommodate up to 16 people, I had 14 people and a large dog, and it was a little cramped. I do appreciate them allowing my dog to come as well! The driver was timely, the bus was clean, and we got to our destinations without being late. I would definitely book with them again, but maybe with less people :) Edited to add: I misspoke, 14 is the limit, not 16!
