Francisco was very informative and polite. This is the 3rd place I checked out and the ONLY One that will not charge you if you don't pass. The others Not only charge you their fees BUT to have it re-checked they charge you another $25. Last time I waited 15 minutes along with another guy with a Tundra and he called the number provided and said there was no answer. The mechanic shop guy next to you said you don't always open on time. As for the coupon...I did give it to the guy that worked there last time I went and he gave me some song and dance about the new owner not accepting them. They Smog Diesels! and open on Sundays :-D Awesome experience all around, great guy, great conversation, clean shop, kick but waiting area with Netflix going, nothing negative to say at all. Brought my 04 F350 in to get its bi-annual smog check, for diesels its really nothing but see if your equipment is there and an OBDII scan for proper working emissions equipment, and a snap test for smoke. Quick easy and $45 out the door ($5 discount applied) took it to a place near my work and they told me I needed a DPF system I don't that's only for 14k GVWR vehicles of my year. So I walk on.. later found these guys being open on Sunday was the main reason I came in, there were others open but he had best detailed reviews and now I see why! read more

I came at 4:00. The guy asked for my ID. I forgot it back at home which is about 20 minutes away. I drove home and got it and came back around 5:15. He made me wait another 15 minutes because there was a car in front of me. Knowing I came back because I forgot my wallet. He then came to my car at 5:25 and says he can't do my smog (which takes 15minutes) and that the car before me was the last car. What a joke. read more

I went In today for a smog and I was helped by Zack who was really friendly and got me in almost immediately. He showed me the waiting room which was air conditioned and had tv to watch as well as gave me some water for the wait. Probably 10 minutes later and I was all good to go and my car passed. Needed to get my car smogged on a Sunday. Most places aren't opened on Sunday but Norco Smog was. I arrived just before opening and the person working let me in. He took my car, handed me a complimentary bottle of water and performed the smog check. It took about 15 minutes and once complete he explained everything to me and how the smog certificate will automatically be sent to the DMV. Easiest and fastest smog check I've ever had to do. Will be back for future smog checks as well as recommend to friends/family for their smog needs. read more
