When I first got there, they were busy. They were already attending to two maybe three cars so I was fine waiting. Some man had walked up. Probably 5 Maybe 10 minutes after I had already been sitting there. He had his car parked around the corner he Spoke to them & I see that they're directing them to wait behind me. As soon as a car pulled out. I'm about to get ready to pull in, and they waved for him to come in front of me. I've been coming here since I moved out to the IE which is about four years ago. Never once have they passed somebody up in front and they normally always have somebody come and check on the cars. Whoever is waiting to see what they need, so I already started a feel that this interaction was going to be different because nobody had checked it. The minute I was able to. I finally pulled in. Still, no one approached me. I got out of my car and I went to approach the guy directing everyone; I begin to let him know. I had called with my husband about a week ago to ask how much they would charge. If we brought four brand New tires to get them swapped out whoever we spoke to on the phone which is our fault for not getting a name. Told us $25. They didn't specify. It was $25 for each tire. They just said $25 and we specified. We had 4; This gentleman that I was speaking to was completely rude. Pretty much laughed in my face and belittle me and began to say that my husband was a liar. When I was on that phone call with him. I will never be coming here again. I only changed out one tire. Out of embarrassment. When I realistically should've just left. I try to do business with our own community because we're all Hispanics and we should all be looking out for each other, but this encounter was so disheartening. read more

Warning post: I got some really poor service recently. I came in to have them rotate and balance the tires on my wife's car. When I left, I left with the tire sensors light on so I brought the car back immediately so they can check the tire pressures and possibly reset the TPMS sensors. While the gentleman was checking the tire pressures, it turned out that 3 of the 4 tires had low tire pressure. I was frustrated already leaving this place with the low tire pressure sensors but then to think that they balanced my tires with not even checking the tire pressure before balancing out tires? It doesn't take much to have common sense to check tire pressures before balancing tires. Two days later, my wife says that the car felt weird and unstable. Come to find out, we had lost a lug nut and were about lose a second lug nut on the same wheel. I might have saved a little money coming to these guys for a rotate and balance but thinking out loud, my family's safety isn't worth these guys lack of common sense and terrible work. They have these young kids working here that are all about speed and not the quality of work. This is just a warning post so you are aware of the type of work you could expect. I only go to this tire shop because it's close to my house, but there is one employee who ruins the entire experience every single time. If you know, you know -- and I'm sure the owner (Jose) knows exactly who I'm talking about. This guy has called my car "porquería" (trash), refused to do basic services I requested, and constantly gives attitude. * I asked for a tire rotation + balance and he straight up told me I "didn't need it." * Another time I asked for all four tires balanced, and he said NO, "only the front." * Today on my Tesla, same thing -- refused to balance the tires, called the car trash, and still tried to charge me $30 just for putting air and rotating the tires. * He didn't even bother removing my hubcaps -- I had to get my own hands dirty because he was too lazy to do it. This is not a one-time issue. It's every time with the same guy. The location is great and they have good tire options, but customer service is everything, and this place completely fails because of that one employee. If someone requests a service, you do it. It's literally more profit for the shop -- but instead he argues and refuses to work. Daughter's car needed tires swapped out to new ones. I don't think i could go to any surrounding tire centers and get in and out as quickly as i did today and didn't pay an arm and a leg for mount and balance. It all comes down to leadership. Doesn't matter if it's a huge corporation or a small business. In fact for a small business leadership is everything. If you look through my reviews I never write anything that's directed to words a specific individual unless it's positive. This however is an exception. My interaction with the owner Jose have been very deceiving. I went in for a tire repair. Like a few times before, his employees help me get the tire repair started. They quoted me a price of $15 cash or $20 with card to conduct the repair. I went into pay, and the owner charge me $20 for cash even though they charge less for cash. When I ask the owner he said they don't know what they are talking about. I'm the owner and kept flashing the owner card. He was extremely rude and felt very deceiving. Since the service was already rendered, I paid I left. Right after which he comes out and in Spanish yells at the guys talking crap about me, so I was being cheap and how they should never give the low price. WTF?! It's very sad to see people take advantage of their customers over $5! When I walked out, the employees were looking at me and each other and their faces showed concern and wondered what happened! Domain prior experience has been fantastic, due to the recent interaction with the owner, I shall never step foot in this facility as long as this business is owned by a dishonest individual. My tire was flat so I took it back for them. To repair and then he tells me that I have cracks on the side of my tire. That's why I lost air. So he wants me to buy a new tire. This place use to be really good but not anymore! I came here to get a used tire and I understand that it's used so there's no guarantees on the tires however, when they give me the wrong sized tire that's a different thing! The man told me he put the right tire on and 2 days later my tire went flat. There were no holes or anything I can see wrong with the tire and only after taking my car to another tire shop did they let me know that it was a completely different sized tire that my car required and this was the reason why my tire kept going flat because it was way smaller than what I needed. When I tried to call this place they never answered at all! And when I went to go talk to the owner he cussed my fiancé and I out for bringing back the tire and basically told us he's not going to give us the money back on the tire nor take it back because we already drove on the tire!!!!! Went in to change my "35" tires to "33". When I got there they had the wrong tires and I had to wait 48 minutes just for them to get back with the correct ones. Three days later I heard air coming out of 1 tire. I went back and they changed it (I thought no biggie). Got back home and heard the other 3 tires loosing air. Went back and this time they charged me to replace the valves. I dont understand how I would be responsible for that if they had just cha bed them 3 days ago. In the process of removing my tires they broke my lock and scratched 3 rims. They didn't bother to apologize, replace or give me ant money back. Very disappointed and I will never recommend them. UPDATE! I called to ask the owner if he's able to replace the lock and he insulted me and Insulted my marriage. They drilled into my brand new tire and put in what looked like wire to fix it. I got home only to hear my tire losing air from where the original nail was. I returned to them and they told me they are unable to fix it and told me I need a new tire.. HOW IS THIS REAL!? They ruined my brand new tire and did NOTHING to compensate me for the damage they caused to it. Instead they tell me I need a new tire and it will cost $300. For starters, they stripped 2 bolts completely off of one of my wheels. Reading reviews I saw they did the same thing to someone else. Coincidence ? They said they were "old wheels" so that's why it happened. Recently went in and got 4 used tires all looked good so I was satisfied. 2 days later one of them went flat so I went in and they fixed it no problem. However, another 3 days pass and one of my tires completely pops on the freeway on the inside leaving a huge hole in it. When I went in all they had to say was that there's no warranty on used tires, there's nothing they can do for me and that I probably hit something which doesn't make sense because it was on the inside of my tire. I went to Pep Boys they were understaffed 4hr wait time .They sent me to best tire choice where they couldn't locate the tire key that was hidden in the trunk so they suggested & sent me over to speedy tires where we were able to find that key that was in a compartment in the trunk they patched up our tire and back on the road definitely recommend helpful and friendly read more
