Jerry's Brake and Tire Pros was my go to shop for brakes and auto service. Based upon my most recent experience, I can no longer support or recommend them to others. February 2024 took car in for nearly $4,000 preventative maintenance and suspension repairs including new struts and rear shocks. Just over 12,000 miles and 17 months later took my car back as the handling was feeling very unstable when I drive over bumps. I was advised the struts they replaced prior were covered under mananufacturer lifetime warranty, I would just pay labor and was given estimate for over $700. I questioned this as they advertise 24 months/ 24,000 miles warranty on repairs on their website. They replied to me it's only 12 months or 12,000 miles whichever comes first. I contacted Tire Pros corporate warranty center and they confirmed the struts would be covered under the 24 month/24,000 warranty. I had the struts replaced elsewhere as I do not trust this facility. read more

I called in to get a 4 wheel alignment for my car. I was quoted $99. I went in and their posted price was $99. I asked how much when I was there and they told me $99. They get my car on the rack and then they tell me they will need more time than a normal alignment and it will be $250. No one is charging $250 for an alignment. I told them it was too much and I'd have to pass. I went to another shop and they got it done in 30 minutes to my requested specifications. This shop was just trying to make extra money since it appeared it was a slow morning for them. read more

Wife's Jag had issues with going into gear...car towed to Jerry's on 12/22, they diagnosed quickly that the shifting mechanism was broken and needed to be replaced...they ordered the part on 12/23,..car was ready for pickup on the morning of 12/26, the day after Christmas...we have used Jerry's for both our vehicles for a few years....very professional, great with communicating and reasonable prices. we highly recommend this shop for your vehicle needs. read more

Went here last Thursday to get my brakes done called ahead of time and they told me they were available and would run a diagnostic on my car. They take my keys, my car sits there for an hour before I asked Sergio for my keys back because I had somewhere to be. When I asked he sat there for a second before saying "sure did you not realize how long it was going to take or did something actually come up?" I tried explaining him that both was the answer to my question. I said "oh I didn't realize how long it was going to be but-" . At this point he turns around cutting me off and head to the back to get my keys with as much sighing as he could possibly humanly do. read more

I've been to Jerry's a few times. I've always received great service. Sergio and the other gentleman men working, are always kind. I appreciate the integrity this shop has. Going to a mechanic you always feel like you're being ripped off. Not at Jerry's. I had to come in for a repair. Unfortunately the replaced part failed. Fortunately I was within warranty! They repaired my vehicle and some other things that I was aware were need. I left feeling lucky. Lucky that I can actually go somewhere I trust. Keep up the great service! read more

If you're seeking an expert and honest auto mechanic, this is it. The service is personal and friendly. The service is quick. I can't tell you how many times I've taken my car to the dealership for service, only to be told I need an exorbitant amount repairs for big bucks. I politely decline. I take it to Jerry's, show them the recommendations from the dealership's service department, and they do the work for half of what the service department wanted to charge. Now I just go to Jerry's for all my auto needs. Highly recommended. read more

BE CAREFUL!! This place is absolutely horrible. They were bullying my wife and my kid when they were there. Was very disrespectful to my wife. On top, they tell you one price over the phone and a higher price when you go there. I called other places for the same service as a sanitary check and it was 30% cheaper than this place. If you can tolerate the expensive prices, definitely, cannot tolerate them being very disrespectful to my wife. I am taking my business elsewhere! read more

Sergio and his team at Jerry's are lifesavers! I've been dealing with freeway-speed steering wheel vibrations for years and no other shop was able to figure it out. Three years ago I upgraded my Tacoma's wheels and tires (to Falken all terrain tires) and always had steering wheel vibrations over 55 mph. I had the AT tires balanced several times by different shops and the issue still persisted. At 45k miles on the Falken AT tires, I got fed up with the vibrations and dropped another $1.3k on Michelin highway terrain tires for a more comfortable ride. I purchased the tires from America's Tire in Norco. The tires were smooth for about 300 miles but the vibrations came back. I was pretty frustrated considering the tires were new and were supposed to be balanced correctly. I put 2,000 miles on the Michelins and had to get them balanced three times at America's tires and the issue was never fixed - still getting plenty of vibrations. You would think that a company like America's tires who specializes in wheels/tires can balance them correctly. They stated the tires were perfectly balanced and that I should look into getting the shocks replaced. I immediately tested the tires after leaving America's tires and the vibrations were still there. I then found Jerry's on Yelp and immediately went over to have them look at my truck. Sergio was very helpful and listed potential causes for the vibrations I kept getting. He had his team diagnose the truck and found no issues with the shocks/struts or drive shaft. They checked the tires and noticed three of the tires were severely out of balance even though I just got them balanced at America's Tires three days prior! Unbelievable haha. Jerry's rebalanced my tires and Sergio had me to take my truck out for a test ride, so I immediately jumped on the freeway and BOOM, tires were so smooth at highway speeds. It felt like new again! They will for sure have my business for future vehicle repairs. read more

My rear driver side was making a noise when I was driving. I had a feeling it was a loose brake pad. Took it in, my car was driven around and nothing was heard. The man working on my car asked if I would drive with him to see if I heard the sound. When we drove together, I couldn't hear the sound anymore. He said that no matter what he would take my tires off to see if he could find the problem just in case there still was one. Sure enough after taking off my back left tire and wheel, he found the issue. He came and found me in the store, brought me out to my car, and showed me exactly what was going wrong. He explained to me that it was a simple fix, and he got straight to work. Not 15 minutes after, I was out the door and they didn't charge me. Just had to put some lube on the area and tighten it up and I was good to go. I arrived right when the store opened at 7:30 AM and left at 9 AM. Very satisfied with my experience, I will be back in the future! I greatly appreciate being shown the problem. It is evident they are fully transparent and trustworthy! read more

Jerry's Brakes and tires... I have been coming here for about 6 years. In total around 6 family cars with multiple sets of tires, brakes, etc. sometimes grumpy Sergio warmed up and It felt good to be a loyal customer. Treated customers as if they mattered. I appreciated them. Unfortunately, it's not a two way road anymore., My daughter's car was in an accident and they agreed to not only fix the engine, etc. but body work as well. This never should have been allowed by the insurance company as they don't know body work at all. This put me and my daughter in a horrible situation. We have been waiting for around 6 months for them to finish a project they never should have agreed to. I'm guessing they wanted the payday. The appearance of zero effort, concern and their cavalier responses I get from employees is not acceptable. Today, I asked the guy who doesn't follow up when will they get the sensor... response was "I don't know" I then asked if they could fix a tire. Response was leave it and they "get to it when they can" It's too bad. I really wanted to be a loyal customer for them but they really don't get it or care. I'm at Big O across the street! Brought my beautiful Camaro in for a brakes job as I knew I probably needed to replace the back rotors. Sergio met us when we came in and the other gentleman gave us a big Welcome! He took out info quickly and professionally and said he would be able to look at the car in about an hour. A couple hours later, Sergio called and gave me the "diagnosis" and the price. Very reasonable for all that had to be done. A couple hours later I get the call that my Camaro is ready. Where to begin... TERRIBLE. They treated me like crap. So I walk in and ask the guy for a quote on my breaks. Looks at his coworker and said "...she THINKs she needs brakes. " NO SHIT I DO.
