They have walk up service where you order at the counter and I just wanted a simple iced almond latte. I waited 20 minutes for it. And I was not the only one. The young girl at the front counter finally had to go in the back to find the barista because a lot of people were waiting for drinks. It's summer so a lot of iced drinks being ordered but they were not prepared and they ran out of lids for their iced cups so were using regular cups. And the latte literally just tasted like cold almond milk. :( I was already running late for my hair appointment because of the long wait so didn't have time to go back in to get them to remake it. Pretty much anything you'd need to operate a restaurant (or a really active home kitchen!). The place is pretty big and I wish I'd had more time to wander the aisles. I could seriously do some damage in this place! The staff was friendly but not overbearing. All told really excellent and probably my new go-to when I need something like this.

While the store is relatively small, it is full of carefully-selected items that are sure to delight, from the table of lovely ceramics to the rack of fun aprons to the case of drool-worthy knives to the shelves of gizmos that you didn't know you needed. The guy was amazingly helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to offer suggestions and tips. When I got my knives back they included a little note with a recipe to test them out and ab"thank you". It was really nice and I didn't know they give a portion of sharpening and class sakes to pay off student lunch debt (which is a ridiculous thing tonhave exist). They hold monthly classes for skills and sharpening as well as custom orders. If you can't make it during the day they have a drop box behind the shop you can put your knives in and they'll text you with updates. I will definitely be coming back for any knife needs.

The resurface can last between 12-18 yrs provided you clean the tub properly. The results are night and day - and Spectacular. I included a before/after pic.
