I actually stopped by in person and talked to Jose (travel agent) He gave us all the information we needed for our trip. I called every pay check to make a small deposit and made the remaining payment towards the end. Through out our engangment he made our travel arrangments very pleasant and was very helpful. Kept saying they were booked at that time and I needed to be met 30 minutes later than my requested time. I repeatedly informed them that this time would not work as I needed to arrive earlier. Despite this, they refused to accommodate my request. For a concierge service company, it is unacceptable to ask the customer to accommodate their schedule. Additionally, they kept saying if an earlier time did open up, they would have to charge me for more time despite me not needing their services for more than the allotted 2 hours. They kept stating they needed to stay with my family in the American Airlines lounge the whole time, which I repeatedly stated I understood and would absolutely abide by. I stated that I would be out of the lounge and at the gate well within their 2 hour window. Despite me making this abundantly clear, they kept responding that any earlier meet and greet time would incur additional fees as I would be going over my time. It was like talking to a wall. Finally, when I emailed them to cancel my reservations requesting an email in reply confirming the cancellation I never got the reply. I sent 4 emails (1 a day) requesting the confirmation of the cancellation. When I finally called to see why I hadn't received the notice, I was informed by Richard Lopez (the owner) that they are very busy and did not have time to email me back. This was absolutely a ridiculous excuse. When I was making the reservation, they had no problem getting back to me immediately, especially when they needed payment information Even if they were too busy, 4 days is plenty of time to send a simple email confirming the cancellation. When I pressed Mr. Lopez on the delay, compared to how quick he emailed me when booking the reservation, he hung up on me. When booking airport concierge services like this companies, it is all about customer service and meeting the customer's needs. RML and Richard Lopez certainly failed miserably in this regard..
