Atmosphere: Lots of places to sit and we picked a spot on the first level. The noise level was a bit loud, but we could still have a conversation. Issues: After we sat down, we were approached by a panhandler. This is the second time this has happened. After the person left, the manager came over to check on us, and apologized.
