This location had some pretty stellar reviews and so when my youngest son requested a co-working sesh (me for work, him for schoolwork) at Starbucks, I decided this had to be the one we tried. I arrived to a pretty average looking strip mall Starbucks. I entered to a pretty average looking Starbucks (though clean and comfortable). We ordered. Our server was friendly. We each got breakfast sandwiches and coffee beverages. Well, well, well. What have we here? They brought our sandwiches out to us on actual dishes. They called our name for our coffee. And, excuse me? Our coffee was also served in actual cups. How lovely! Our sandwiches were well made and not the usual hotter than the blistering sun. Like, hot but an actual consumable temperature. And, the coffee was delightful. For Starbucks? This spot is 5 star-great! read more

Date of visit: December 6, 2023 Scoff all you want at a 5-star review for a Starbucks, but when everything is as you would want it, what else can you say? I ordered two drinks, one hot for me, and one cold for a co-worker and they were ready by the time announced in the Starbucks app and both were prepared just the way we wanted. I didn't have much staff interaction besides a quick hello, but again, there wasn't a reason for more than that, the drinks were ready to go! I don't get over here all that often, but it's good to know there's a solid Starbucks over yonder the next time I do. read more

As usual. they got my order right. I come to Starbucks for a soy latte because it always tastes the way I want it to taste. This is a better than average 'bucks. They wear masks in a pandemic more or less, they seem to wash their hands once in a while. They so far have gotten my order right, though I wish they would cut back on all the plastic waste. A reasonably good place to get a little work done. read more

I have been to this place many times because I like to have a cup of coffee before starting my 2nd job that is nearby. How can you screw up a pourover of blonde roast? On one recent trip, the barista made my coffee but put it on the counter with 6 other cups and no name on the cup. Was I supposed to sample each one to figure out which was mine? They didn't even bother to call it out. By the time I got it, it was lukewarm. Today it took 15 minutes for them to get me a pourover of blonde roast, and it was the wrong size. They weren't even busy, except for talking to each other behind the counter. I am thinking of just going to Perkins for my coffee instead. read more

A bit noisy inside with all the scraping of stools and coffee bean grinders but, then again, what Starbucks isn't?

I had a draft of this Starbucks saved, with a 4-star rating. However, I have to knock them down a star and a half. 2.5 stars. In the past 4-5 times I've come here on my lunch hour (over a several week span), the service at this particular location has steadily decreased. I only get a half hour for lunch, but I work a mile away, so it's never been an issue to get back in time.... until recently. Plus, I take a later lunch to avoid the rush. I had to bump their rating down after my experience today. There were several cars in front and in back of me during my lunch hour today. Normally this isn't a big deal, but considering I spent the majority of my lunch hour in LINE at their drive through today, I find this completely unacceptable. There have been times when more cars were in front and back of me, and it's been a lot faster. They were not only slow today (and the past few weeks!) but just didn't seem to care, as the attitude was incredibly lax. Today was the icing on the cake. The patron in the car in front of me apparently handed the cashier (I believe his name was Colin) a weird receipt which normally shouldn't hold up an entire line of cars, right? Wrong. I spent another 5 minutes in line, staring at my drink on the counter as Colin and his supervisor / boss argued over how he should have handled it. In the end he gave a halfhearted apology along with my lukewarm, melted iced coffee, as I realized I was already several minutes late back from lunch. In retrospect, I should have just driven off, which is something I would normally never do. Although it may be the hormones talking, don't mess with a pregnant lady and her ONE coffee of the day. Going forward, Starbucks will most likely be a splurge for me anyway, so I'll stick with the coffee from work and spend my dollars on something else - until they can fix the issues. read more

This review is pending further usage.... I just moved to the neighborhood and this will be my caffeine provider of choice from here on out, so they've got a chance to move up in my graces. That being said, I've been twice, both times in the EARLY AM and both times they were a bit slow on the go and I felt like I spent more time inside than I'd have liked. When there are no folks in the drive-thru and no one else in line, I expect my drink to come out pretty quickly and that just didn't happen. They were busy doing the morning prep work and that made the customer service falter. I'm also having the same difficulty as I had at another location where I'm charged a different price for my drink every time. I just really hate correcting them and pointing out that they're doing their job wrong - you always look like a douche when you do that - but I also don't like getting over-charged. I'm hoping that with repetitive attendance, they'll straighten this out. But the location is great for me, it's clean and they make me functioning, so hopefully things only get better from here. read more

I'm a bit of a coffee snob. I admit it freely. I'm one of those people that goes to a new town and hunts down the independent coffee shops (and roasters). That being said, independent producers don't exist everywhere. And there are some perks to some of the chains. Like, the fact that they exist in the parking lot of Sam's Club. In terms of this particular Starbucks, there are ample tables so that you can find a seat, and the ordering area doesn't wind through the seating area, which is great. The store is tidy and seems well managed. The baristas here are some of the friendliest I've met at a Starbucks. They are also better than most of Buckies' baristas - the lattes actually taste like milk and espresso and they aren't scalded. Scalded lattes are one of my major pet peeves (1st world problem, I know!) - but it's not an issue here. All in all, it's a good experience - coffee, convenience and service. read more

I am a fan of Alterra and Anodyne Coffees. When I am out, sometimes Starbucks,is more convenient (especially when I am at Sams). I have only used the drive through here. It is your typical drive through. The one thing I am floored about is last time we went, we handed the cash over to the employee and he put our change into the tip jar without even asking us! I thought that was pretty rude. So use smaller bills or a credit/debit card to pay. read more

I love this Starbucks location. Staff is A+++ and that last plus is not Drambuie (Simpsons reference). My favorite staff member is one of the girls that cashiers, I'm too much of an asshole to check for her name any time I come in but she has braces and makes my morning. She also spells/says my name right, so she should get a raise just for that. read more

One of our favorite locations. It's nice & convenient that they are located in the Sam's Club parking lot. Baristas are all super friendly, helpful and can make a great frappuccino! The hot chocolate is perfect year round - it's so delicious!! The drive through can get busy at times, but it's worth the short wait. I love this location better than any other Starbucks! Although right now you have to deal with some road construction, it's still worth the aggravation! The staff at this coffee shop is the BEST! They are all very friendly, helpful and by far the most consistent with the coffee taste. Austin is a Barista that works here, and he is by far our favorite!! I am not a big coffee shop person, but was looking for another place to study besides the library. Have been here twice and both times the baristas went above and beyond to give me a fabulous experience. When ever I had a question about something or what they would recommend they offered free samples to help me decide what I liked best! Who doesn't love free samples?! Very friendly, great atmosphere to get some work done. Never too busy, so I don't feel bad taking up a table for a long time studying! Highly recommend. I have never had to wait, granted I have only come in the afternoon and evening, so not peak rush hours. read more
