The tea was very good! It's a cafe and also a bar at night, so we grabbed a drink too and they have good sours. I got the ginger turmeric tea and it was delicious. The serving was also huge.

What a hip coffee shop and brewery in West Milwaukee with a welcoming feel. Once I walked in the barista tended to me right away. I ordered a lavender latte with oat milk. It came in three sizes options at 8,12,or 16oz. Highly recommend lavender flavor if you like floral flavors. You could sit at the bar and sip some Coffee or beer or regular seating for socializing, studying, working, or reading a book . Maybe even play board games with you friends as long as it doesn't take up too much table space. Dare to venture out west with Vennture and you won't be disappointed!

Legit obsessed with the coffee and chai lattes here. It's about a 1 mile walk from my house, so I earn my fix! Love the space, lots of sun comes in the ample windows (that open to let in a nice breeze when it's nice out!). Beer and bakery are great, too, and it's a great location right next to Ruby's Bagels so you could have a one stop breakfast shop in the Heights! Took one star away because it has to be noted that service is indifferent at best- on some days almost.. hostile? Certainly never friendly. I come a LOT. So I waited til I had like 3-4 of these experiences before I could fairly come to this conclusion (I really wanted to be wrong and say it was a one- off) and I've talked to several friends that agree, unfortunately. Thankfully the coffee is good enough to overlook the baristas' countenance

Just moved to the neighborhood. I had coffee, but my half-and-half had gone bad. I have been to the location in Brookfield and it was pretty cool. I am glad that this particular location on W. North Ave. is in walking distance from my newplace! The space is beautiful, and the employee was very kind. I just got a cold brew with some creamer and sweetener nothing fancy. Coffee was wonderful and it definitely hit the spot. I hung outside on the front benches because it was a beautiful morning and I wasn't in a hurry. They were playing amazing music. The vibes were immaculate. They have a rewards program and I joined because I know I will be there again and again. If you haven't been to this place, definitely check it out.

Vennture is one of my favorite coffee shops in Milwaukee. The staff are always so welcoming and kind. The vibes are also always super chill. I love studying there, especially in the early mornings because it tends to be quiet and less busy. I've also had their espresso martini which is just chefs kiss.

Venture Brew Co is a really unique and cool brewery/coffee shop. They have a killer rotating beer list (you have to try the Critical Adjustment - Tropical Stout). The coffee drinks are also really solid and they have some bakery items to munch on. The background music is a great variety of genres. Simple decor. Really chill place to enjoy some coffee and/or beers or to post up and get some work done. They also do some live music in summer in the narrow alley next door. They make coffee. They make beer. What else do you need in life?

During the nice weather there is great outdoor seating around the corner. I love the grab and go inside as well. The coffee was pretty delish, it's like the barista had a love child with a bartender. Inside is clean, medium amount of seating. Street parking. I'll come back for sure!

Being originally from somewhere that had cafes regularly open til 10pm, it's hard to find a good cafe that's open past dinner-time. Vennture is a cafe by day, brewery by night and I'm here for it. Aesthetic interior, lots of outlets, free wifi, decent amount of seating. Great place to do some work/study, hang out, play games. Staff are super nice. Great pour overs and cold brews. Parking is street parking. I came on a weekday afternoon so it was easy parking, not sure if its busier on the weekend. Will definitely come back to try their beer some time!!

We were actually at their new Brookfield location. We got the north ave pale ale and the critical adjustment stout. There was a party going on in the larger part of the brewery so sat at the window. We will be back to try their coffee and sit on their patio in the warmer months. Comfortable for smaller groups and familes.

Lovely coffee, pastry, and craft beer spot with a great, welcoming vibe for everyone. I can only speak to the beer and the pastries, which they source from independent shops. The beer is definitely above average- a bunch of different styles done quite well. Our favorite was the Irish Red Ale, really nicely balanced with great flavor. The vegan baked goods from Bunny's Bite were out of this world, some of the best flavors and textures I've had in a cookie or brownie bar, absolutely delicious. Friendly service and a bunch of folks working through their work day or meeting up with a friend - a great hang.

Total disclaimer - I got free coffee and pastry here for their national coffee day event. But I'm seriously loving their vibe and totally coming back and just wanted to leave a review for future reference (which is why I post all my reviews anyway - for future reference lol). I won't say much about the coffee (barrel aged Costa Rica cold brew and Kenya pour over) because honestly, they were both more on the sour side for my taste. Very personal taste, as the coffee is actually good, just not my preference. Maybe I should try their Brazil. But the Hatched bakery items? OH. MY.....! The dill feta scone was flaky scrumptious, and the blueberry pie... was so good hubby MADE me eat it even though I'm on keto, and I was glad he did. The servers were super nice, the atmosphere was perfect for an early Saturday morning, and the coffee woke me up feeling great. And they brew beer. I'm so coming back later than 7 in the morning..!

Grabbed a dirty chai latte this Saturday and it is amazing. They even grated in some cinnamon on top. Very helpful staff and great space to go and hang out. Will definitely be back!

Got the Cuban Cortado. Very good pick me up for the evening. The space feels half way between cafe and bar. The space is very nice though.

The fish was crispy, hot, and perfectly seasoned -- light enough to enjoy every bite but hearty enough to feel like a real comfort meal. Service was great with a beverage and food line. We also ordered the original and spicy cheese curds, with a soft pretzel. Highly recommend! The homemade ranch deserves its own shoutout. It's rich, tangy, and clearly made in‑house. Easily one of the best ranch dips I've had, and it paired perfectly with the fish and fries. The French fries were golden, crunchy, and fresh -- no soggy fry in sight. Simple, satisfying, and exactly what you want next to a fish fry basket. Great food, great atmosphere, and a spot I'd happily return to. They've got a solid beer selection, all the staples for a brewery in the US. They've also have a menu with bar staples, including the aforementioned cheese curds, which were delicious - hot and lightly battered, not fried past all recognition. The space is nice, there's a spacious hall with plenty of seating and a multilevel patio in the back with nice views.

But parking is paid parking on the street, with spots hard to find. Once the parking situation is resolved, things are great. The vibes inside was awesome - very open, with lots of seating. There seems to be tons of seating options, and outdoor seating as well for when the days are warmer. And for a brewery, the most important thing? The beer, of course! And it was good. We've had their beer before and have always like them. It was great getting some more on draft. Agro pop IPA Yummy!! Panther pale ale OK, but not my fave. I wouldn't get it again. Cheese curds $14 These were delicious, but it did get salty after munching through the plate. We were limiting ourselves to just one drink, and needed more drinks or another food item to mediate our tastebuds. I'd order again with a proper meal or with more booze. Service was super nice, though not quite polished, which I don't mind at all. Points for a nice smilze!

But since I wasn't getting the happy hour special, I had a Piña colada. It was amazing, the bartender Blair made it to perfection. And I could quite literally say it was the cherry on top to my day. The wings are spectacular so they were a must. And I may be teetering on the scale to say that the dry rub is my favorite instead of the classic bbq. I also tried their fried pickle fries for the first time, I was skeptical since I'm not a fan of Texas Roadhouse fried pickles. Nope these could easily be a swap for regular fries. Not to mention these pickles remind me of the fresh pickles you buy from the fridge at the grocery store. Line dancing was a hit, another mixed crowd. Pleasant energetic and welcoming atmosphere. Even the host and waiters seem to hype it up, particularly if you come in with cowgirl boots. They opened up the garage door that let in a perfect breeze and the view was spectacular since it was a clear sunny forecast of a day.
