Great staff and quick service. There are so many great choices for drinks. Easy in and out service and delicious food choices.

First time here. It's a relatively new location, part of an outlot near Target and Pick 'n Save. Outside are a couple of café tables, while inside offers seating for small groups and a pair of stuffed chairs along one counter. The space is bright, with colorful walls and modern flooring. There were a few other small groups when I arrived. I received a friendly smile at the counter and ordered a London Fog Tea Latte. It's not on the menu, but they can make a variation of the "Hot Cream Earl Grey Tea Latte" with vanilla and lavender added. Unfortunately, they didn't have lavender syrup. Drinks are served only in paper cups, with no ceramic option. Pastry selection was limited -- no scones or danish -- so I ordered a Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin. After a short wait my order was ready. The tea latte was extremely hot and needed nearly 10 minutes to cool before I could drink it. Once cooled, it was fine, but I really missed the lavender. The Pumpkin Muffin had good flavor but was too sweet for me. Overall, not the kind of coffee shop I'd normally choose, but a decent stop if you're just looking for a hot beverage. read more

I stopped in twice last week during the grand opening. It was very busy but all the workers seemed happy and cool under the pressure of the crowds. Both times I ordered the iced White Lightening with oat milk. It was delicious and I plan on stopping in again the next time I'm grocery shopping! read more

Well.....I am here in our newest neighborhood coffee shop. There isn't really anything to choose from as far as a good donut or muffin or a hot sandwich. I did not stay but a few minutes due to the total loss of ambiance. The lights are so bright and white that you don't feel like you want to Seattle down and buy coffee, which will hurt their sales for sure. I did purchase a latte but it was very watery and so I threw it out after I left. Diffinitly won't return unless new owners turn it into a coffee shop as it should be, not a cold drab experience. It is self serve, but that's normal. Sure hope for an improvement as it would be nice for us to go to a coffee shop within our area. read more

Two fabulous hours here in a comfortable space with my laptop and a huge cup of coffee. Thank you, Biggby! Everything worked well here from the proper opening time (6am! Awesome!), the friendly baristas, the fantastic coffee and a great little space where I could sit with laptop and enjoy the early morning and the time difference since we're in central time now. Coffee before dinner? Yes please! I'm running on empty, have been all day. So on my way to "job" number 2 today day I decided to try Biggby since it's along the way. You can't miss it, being located on the end of a mini strip mall on Hwy 100 and Drexel, same parking lot as Target. What I love is that there's a drive through window so I didn't have to get out and put in unnecessary exercise today! But there's also plenty of parking for those not as lazy or tired as myself. The menu has a lot of option. Like, a lot. Think Starbucks but some different offerings. I had to look online but still couldn't decide so I panicked and opted for a frozen mocha mocha. Is it basically a chocolate shake? Sure. Is it delicious? YEP! There's actually more of a coffee taste than a Mocha Frapp, and you can get it with or without the whip topping. I chose the whipped cream but honestly I think it added a bit too much sweetness. I could do without but probably will still get it in the future because my dentist likes nice vacations. Looking at the online menu it appears that Biggby offers a lot of fruit flavor options that I have never seen at other coffee shops. It's a nice change and hopefully the unique menu will keep folks coming back to support this business. I'm definitely going to be back, after I study the menu of course. I'd love to try their food offerings as well one of these days. read more

Worst coffee shop I've ever been to. The employees were sweaty and gross with dirty hands and not even nice or helpful when ordering. I did not feel comfortable drinking anything they made. I ordered an iced coffee and only had one sip before throwing it away it was watery warm and undrinkable. Don't waste your money coming here there's much better and cleaner shops to go to. read more

I had one of those mornings when no one could get my coffee right. Enter, Biggby! My coffee was hot, fresh, and tasty. Thank you, Mr. B, whoever you are! I've visited this location before and I've always been happy with my orders. I'm not normally a big frozen coffee person so I've asked for drink suggestions from the employees and they haven't yet led me wrong. All the frozen drinks have been delicious! If I could make any suggestions, it would be to offer at least one non-meat or cheese bagel item. I've loved the coffee so far, but I haven't been able to try any of the food because everything includes either dairy or meat. But for now, I will survive on their excellent coffee. Yum! read more

Super nice staff, really yummy drinks, and outlets around the room so pretty good for studying and good music! They have deals (as of summer 2023) which are pretty good. Strawberry milk is delicious and their lattes are all pretty good! They are a little more expensive than Starbucks in some drinks, but still worth a try! read more

It is so hard to find a fully vegan breakfast sandwich, so when we found biggby had a vegan bagel sandwich we were excited! They use vegan cheese and sausage. If they'd add JUST Egg and some vegan spicy Mayo it would be LEGIT but still, a great option. Their homemade energy drinks with popping boba keep me up at night I crave them so much! The drive through is also fast and the staff always courteous. Our oldest, who isn't vegan, loves their variety of bagel sandwiches too! read more

The waffle sandwich was delicious and both my sister and I liked it. I got an iced latte and it was good and my sister had a chai which she enjoyed. The employees were helpful and gave us suggestions on what to get. It was good but the environment isn't as cozy as I like coffee shops. I actually stumbled upon this place just because I parked in target lot and looked that way. Its a brand new coffee shop. Ok its your typical coffee shop. The menu isn't much in store but man o man look at all the variations of flavors in drinks you can have in their app. Its kinda overwhelming how many. So my advice is to get app and check out different flavors and set up a reward card. For what I had I enjoyed the drinks the coffee is not bitter at all . I have only had iced coffee drinks no hot yet so we will see how the next visit goes. Very limited food just muffins and macorons and what they call bragels cream cheese and meat sandwiches or just bagel and cream cheese. They had a special on weds when I went. Buy a 24oz drink get the bragel sandwich free who doesn't love free? I had a cream cheese turkey and havarti and yum for its simplicity. There's something about cheese am I right? If your a real coffee snob I'm not sure this is for you but for a quick variety of drinks go for it !!! read more

The muffin was a little better than average. There was no plain black tea. The waitress didn't even know what was in any of the teas, just the names. She told me to look at the boxes on the shelf. All the "black" teas listed spices or it said organic flavoring in the ingredients. I picked cinnamon but it was more like cinnamon hot water, not tea. There's a pick up counter for your order, but no name or even a shout out as to whose order was up. I went to pick up what I thought was my order and she quickly said that's not yours. Then when the customer whose order it was asked her which was what, she answered that she didn't know. He had to take off the cover to see what it was. Luckily it was his because I don't think they should be letting anyone else take it after he opened it. They have sleeves on the cups that could be written on for identification. I came in because I received coupons, but there are no prices posted on the menu board and when you look at the paper one on the counter, there are no prices on it either. While I was waiting, the order taker at the window started screaming. I don't know if it was at the customer, but it was loud. So it was not a very good experience. I paid $9 and went outside. I don't need this stress first thing in the morning. read more
