Ive been a customer for two years and after telling him that he has the wrong guy he doubled and then tripled down that i was the fraudster that did a massive charge back. And throughout the whole interaction i never received an apology. But, It makes sense that the worker wouldn't remember who he was looking out for considering the shop always smells of weed and the employees are always high.
