They changed there return policy and they suck. I buy a lot of items here have tags still on three shirts-have all my receipts on email so they can find the items. Tell me no store credit no nothing. Apparently you will get refused to receive your refund OR store credit by Mary (a store manager) if you don't have the receipt or tags. In this case, a pair of unworn shoes with box (product sku on it) with date and store it was purchased at is not enough information to assist a long time frequent flying Nordstrom Rack customer. From one retail manager to another, the level of customer service I experienced was incredibly embarrassing. read more

Sounds ridiculous to give the store a bad review for dropping the ivanka brand.. this store has great customer service and friendly employees.. that check if you need help or just plain initiate a conversation, the clothes selection for women is nice and so are the shoes.. the bags are beautiful.. and although I wish the lines were shorter sometimes this place gets 5 stars for being great! read more

I always been shopping at nordstoms for many years, and then nordstrom rack . I bought my brother's and father's christmas presents here in Redlands, at the Nordstrom Rack . I returned 2 shirts for my brother I knew they had a 90 day return policy and it was christmas presents. So I went to Nordstrom rack and apparently as of yeasteday i was 3 days off and manager refused to take the shirts back had reciepts and shirts and tags on too. I do understand rules are rules, but 3 days and i had over 150.00 of items in my cart so if figured 30.00 for exchange wasn't not going to be a problem , the cashier even called the manager Marie and she refused. Well that wll teach me a lesson about returns. Buy the way New rules as of February 45 day return. read more

The new Nordstrom Rack in Redlands is long overdue and has been highly anticipated since the announcement they were going to open up shop right off the freeway behind Citrus Plaza. Like all Nordstrom Rack's, selection is fairly awesome when they first grand open and then it tapers off to be just about the same inventory as the other stores. I think this particular location has nice fresh customer service that are willing to smile as they see you. I hope it doesn't die out after they've been open awhile. This will be my more frequent go-to place since they're fresh and new. read more

Every time you come in here, they ask if you want to sign up for a credit or debit card, and today was no different. I told the lady that I already have one (which is true) but today I was using a different card because I was purchasing Christmas gifts. She proceeds to tell me that she can look up my card etc etc but quite frankly I don't think I need to explain myself or justify why I am choosing to not use my Nordstrom card. Well when she saw that I was using a different card, she looked at me and said "that clearly means you don't have a card with us.. You didn't need to lie." I was pretty floored by her lack of customer service and that she thought it was okay to call someone a liar. At this point, I don't mind taking my business elsewhere. read more

Me and my mom visited the store a week ago and iam very glad that we didnt have to waste gas and drive around all day to find me a suit . we came in looking at suits and ties for my prom , the guy who was working in the suits department Hector was very helpful and super nice he helped me find a great suit, it was kinda pricey and my mom didn't think she could afford it but he told my mom about a rewards card they have and she was approved and was very excited that she was able to get me the suit that I loved! I was very happy at my prom and i looked great! Oh yeah and they have a tailor lady who made the suit to fit my body how AWESOME!! read more

I am not the target for a Nordstrom Rack, at the outlets they have lots of suits, but this location had mostly women's stuff and seemed to be overpriced for Rack, Not Badly but still. The Women's and kids seemed to be more adequate. I know lots of people will love it and I am not their target. read more

I was super excited to check out the new store, but sadly I was very underwhelmed, especially by the 7-14 girls' and women's departments, both shoes and apparel. For women there are a few "premium" brands, but I didn't see anything I haven't already seen at TJ Maxx in Yucaipa, and Marshall's. The rest of the styles were disappointing...boring moderate brands at not-discounted-enough prices, and again very similar to what is already out there in every.single.store in Redlands. I left empty handed for myself (which is very rare) and we were only able to find 2 pairs of basic Toms for my daughter for $25, as opposed to the usual $40, so that was worthwhile. She wasn't interested in any of the clothes in the tiny selection for her size. Positives--I think the men's department is far superior to what they've got for women, and the people working there are all extremely nice and helpful. I need to see a better assortment of styles that aren't like everything else in town (and I would be happy to pay for it!) before I make this a regular stop. Edited to add....yeah...if I weren't so nice I'd give it one star. Have been back a few more times and could not find one cute thing for me, and the 7-14 girls section is seriously in need of help! Nothing whatsoever to choose from! Striking it off my list...shoes are a disappointment...not up to my standard at all. read more

Cleanest and most organized NR I have EVER been to. A bit smaller than the one I frequent in San Diego but of course it is Redlands. Spent a little money here so of course I didn't mind it. Great friendly staff here and still a decent selection. read more

I been here 3 times since they open and 3 times I was help by Michael and he is a great guy awesome in customer service.

I will start by saying I love Nordstrom rack in general mostly because I do feel like the baby and women's clothes are amazing quality beautiful styles etc However I visited this location today 2-14-20 I did have my two kids with me my 7 year old and my almost two year old .. like any two year old she had her moment she cried very little not anything crazy boy did we have stares from left to right INCLUDING some of the employees I felt as If I've done something wrong I felt so bad when I walked up to register to pay for my stuff the woman behind the register seemed rude and in a hurry I didn't like the experience at all and I really hope they look into this because making costumers feel uncomfortable for no reason at all is/was not a good feeling another thing seriously do they not have Carts for kids to sit instead of those basket looking carts I doubt I'll ever walk into this Nordstrom location ever again! Be thankful For the one start if I could zero starts as an option I would without a doubt! read more

I really like this Nordstrom Rack location! It's always very clean and constantly stocked with new items, as well as having their consistent stock of merchandise so if you are in a bind, you know they will always have what you need, like fake eyelashes and socks! Haha. Sometimes the prices are still a bit high...but overall I'm pretty happy shopping here. I found my favorite pair of Coach wedge booties and the most comfortable pair of Nike tennis shoes that I wear almost everyday to work at the hospital. Definitely check this place out! As with most of these types of stores, it can be a hit or miss. Although in my experience here, it's usually always a hit! read more

This is my second time at this store, I gave it a one star for one simple but concerning issue. I headed there to get some clothes for a wedding, which by the way the men's section is small. Not much of a selection at all!! So I'm checking out and decided to get a credit card, I'm approved and tell the nice lady I would like the visa platinum card. As we stand there waiting for the computer to do its thing... we wait... and wait... the lady tells me her system is frozen. She calls the credit card department and they inform her the systems are down. So they are trying to do things to see if the system is back up. I know I'm typing a lot about this so I'll speed it up. They tell her to give me my application number and call back later to have my rewards added and hopefully everything else since it's triple points. Fast forward to the airport as I wait for my flight, I call the credit department and I spend 30 minutes on the phone with a customer support person and manager telling me that they don't have any thing showing in there system. They keep asking me if I'm sure I applied for one and I'm telling them yes, I was notified by Experian that Nordstrom has pulled my credit report. All they could do is wait to see if it magically appears later and to dispute the report on my credit. My biggest concern is where did my info go? How do I know my info isn't floating out in space? Equifax just had there shit broken into. I guess I'll just say be careful when applying for a credit card with them. They made it sound there system goes down all the time. read more
