After many years of food service, care giving and just constantly being on my poor feet for years, many problems developed. From the over pronation, flat feet, bunions, collapsing arches to callouses... throw in a broken toe, that I keep bumping, for good measure... and I was a hot mess!! My Parents and my 1st born huddled together and decided that my 'hobbling around everywhere' days were over! They told me to find a qualified shoe store, test my feet and get some appropriate shoes for the problems my feet have. I had heard about Lucky feet, visited a couple times, but didn't think I could afford the shoes. (I really could not afford NOT to get them!!) Made an appointment with Kye (?) at the Redlands store, and my son drove me to my appointment. Kye was sooo helpful. He tested my feet, saw how I walked, gathered all my feet problems information, then he came out with many different shoes that matched my issue... I found a pair of shoes that felt like nothing short of a MIRACLE!! And then my family also got me some house shoes as well. I'm so happy and appreciative, you don't even know!! This has been the first time I haven't limped just walking a couple feet, in literally YEARS!! You guys are a God send!! And Kye was the best salesman EVER!! Very attentive. Quality Customer Service, like I haven't seen in YEARS. Thank you guys so much. What a life-altering BLESSING, I received from you guys and my Family!! The best to you all. Go and see Kye(?)!! Get some real shoes! You don't have to cry a suffer anymore! If your feet are correctly taken care of, your whole body starts to straighten out. I went to this store because I had recently fractured my left heel. The podiatrist said that it was healing well and was now building new bone. However, it still hurt to walk, and I found myself leaning to the left as I walked in order to distribute my weight off my heel. I read online that Lucky Feet had good reviews. They totally exceeded my expectations. I was helped by Sarah who spent so much time analying my feet, my stance and my walk. She then went to work finding a "recovery" type of sandal for me to wear indoors and a great, firm pair of tennis shoes for me to wear outdoors and that would accommodate me beginning to take long walks again. Even though both shoes were great, they still did not fully distibute the weight as Sarah said needed to happen in order for me not to cause further problems. So, she went about making me small inserts that helped alleviate the problem and attaching them in the left foot of my shoes. She also fitted me with an insert that I could use with my new tennis shoes. She made an additional small insert for this also, that she attached to the original insert. All of this was meant to straighten my stance and my walk, which had become somewhat crooked after fracturing my heel. All in all, I could not have been happier with my experience! The shoes are somewhat pricey, but I can't put a price on the health of my feet and being able to walk without pain. Also, my new tennis shoes with their inserts make me feel far more stable. Finally, Sarah even taught me some exercises to do with my feet to further quicken the heeling process. Thank you Sarah for everything you did to give me back the ability to walk correctly. On 5/17/21 I went to the Lucky Feet store in Redlands and met Sarah Ramos. Oh wow! Sarah provided me with SUPERB service! She was very busy that day with multiple customers - yet she made me feel like I was the only customer in the world!! I literally went from my orthopedic MD's office (after having a fractured foot- that finally healed ) - to Lucky Feet for advice about a new pair of tennis shoes. Sarah took the time to listen to all of my issues and concerns - then she had me try on multiple pairs of shoes until we found the right pair. Sarah advised me to return to Lucky Feet in 2 weeks to make SURE that the shoes we selected are the correct ones for my feet. Now - you just can't beat that for caring and service! Sarah was professional, kind, and very knowledgeable about feet! I walked out of there in my new pair of Hoka's like I was walking on AIR! I bought shoes here a few years ago. I loved the shoes so much that I have bought another pair from their online store. Fast forward to last week. I live out of state now and there has been a lack of customer service in the stores near me. I planned a trip to CA and part of that trip was to visit Lucky Feet in Redlands. Excellent experience with Sarah Ramos. I told her what my feet needed and she was so kind and experienced. Unfortunately, within the first 24 hours of wearing the new shoes, I started having pain in my feet. Sarah was headed out when I arrived back to exchange them for something else. She was so friendly though and told me that a Zefren Michael would help me. He took the time and effort that Sarah had also shown. I walked out of there happy and my feet are comfortably supported. Daniela is quite possibly one of the kindest and most thorough people I've ever gotten the chance to work with in a retail space! I have a leg length discrepancy, and I walked in on a whim to see if Lucky Feet would have insoles that could help lift my left leg so that I would be balanced in my hips as I'm trying to walk more. Not only did she scan my feet so that we can find the best fitting solution, she handcrafted a lift fashioned to the new insole on my left foot and this is better than anything a doctor's office ever created for me. I actually went in a second time to get the lift adjusted just a bit after a few days and she was more than happy to make sure that this fit perfectly for me. I will absolutely return in the future when I need new shoes or new insoles and will be recommending Lucky Feet and Daniela to any of my friends and family. GIVE THIS WOMAN A RAISE! read more

Went in to look for shoes for my mom. Shes on her feet all day long and needed something that wouldn't hurt her feet or knees or both from lack of support. Hanna greeted us upon walking in and was with us the whole time we were there. throroughtly enjoyed the process of having someone size you and take care of you like they used to do back in the day when shoe stores actually took care of their customers. Hanna was very knowledgeable and seemed interested in finding just the right shoe that would work for my mom. She had excellent customer service skills and was very helpful. My mom was able to find two shoes that worked for her. One pair for work and a pair of house shoes. I came back almost a year later, and I'm so glad I did! Christa was absolutely amazing -- she's funny, sweet, and incredibly knowledgeable. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so comfortable and cared for. She took the time to listen to what was going on with my feet, gave me super helpful advice, and even recommended some cute shoes that would actually help with my pain. Jay, the store manager was very helpful. I have been having a lot of pain in my feet and he really took the time and helped me. We started off with the foot analysis and located my trouble spots. He showed me 4 different shoes that would help and had me walk around the store with them. He also recommended an orthotic slip in for my heel pain. He was very patient and answered all my questions. I walked out with 4 items, the Noka bondi 7, a pair of Brooks, some slippers to wear at home, and some Mary Janes to wear at work. It was expensive, but I hope the pain in my feet and hip goes away and makes it worth the money! It was clean inside, the a/c was blowing on a hot day! My wife and I went to Lucky Feet today and was helped by a fantastic sales person her name is Christa . She was amazing , she explained how my wife's foot was and what she needed and explained why. Christa helped my wife with the proper insoles and shoes that would help her feet from hurting . I totally recommend Lucky Feet and Christa for all your shoe needs. Went to this store in Redlands with my BFF, with no intention on buying a new pair of shoes. After watching my friend trying on shoes, I had to try one of the sandal (thong shoes). I was sold on them. But what really made this worth going into was the two attendants working the store. Cessia and Cecilia both were very professional and knew their shoes. Having very wide feet and being an old lady comfort is very important to me. They were genuinely nice and knew what they were doing. Had a great experience at this store today! Zefren was incredibly helpful, he listened carefully to what I needed for my missionary work and took his time to help me find the right fit. I didn't feel rushed at all, and after two weeks of searching, I finally found a shoe that works for me. While the store didn't have the color I wanted, Zefren kindly pointed out other color options available online. That helped me decide to order the shoes elsewhere, and they'll be arriving soon. I was greeted immediately as I walked in by Hannah. She was very attentive and asked a lot of questions in order to find out my specific need. Hannah seemed very knowledgeable and helpful. I have been getting my work shoes for years from this Lucky Feet location in Redlands. The staff is so patient and caring if it takes a hour to find the perfect shoes they have a smile on their face the whole time even after trying 10 plus different shoes on. The employee Zefren goes above and beyond giving excellent customer service every time. He even takes your shoes off and puts them back on for you he makes me feel as such a valued customer because of him I only shop here for my work shoes. Before I got my orthotics from my chiropractor, I could barely walk. Once I got them, I immediately went to Lucky Feet. Cecilia took some real quality time and patiently worked with me to find the right shoe. I tried on the Brooks brand and she wanted me to try the Hoka brand also. Which the Hoka shoes turned out to be just right with my orthotic. I truly appreciate how Cecilia was able help me with her knowledge, patience and courtesy. I had a great customer service experience at the Lucky Feet Shoes store in Redlands. I brought my elderly mother in to get some shoes and to be fitted for custom orthotic inserts to help her with her feet issues and balance. Jay was very helpful and patient, helping her to get the right shoes for her. Sarah was super helpful too. She took her time to get the right fitting for her custom inserts. I purchased orthotics and inserts after numerous ads on social media so I went to see on how to…read morerelieve my feet pain. After being assured by the sales representative that they would help correct my under pronation as a runner and improve my overall foot condition, I was sold. Instead, my condition has worsened. I already had arthritis in my left big toe, but since using these products, the pain has become constant. I am now also experiencing pain in my right foot, which I did not previously have. Additionally, the orthotic inserts do not stay in place properly. I was sold special slipcovers and additional insert coverings supposedly designed to help secure the orthotics along with small velcro dots, but they have not resolved the issue. Despite following the instructions provided by the store, the products have failed to perform as represented. I was told by the sales representative that my HMO would cover the orthotics and inserts. I learned that this information was false. Another concern is the apparent practice of aggressively pushing Brooks stability running shoes alongside their orthotics and inserts, regardless of the customer's actual running style or needs. As someone familiar with running and under pronation, I do not believe the recommendations provided were appropriate or based on proper medical evaluation.

Stopped by WSS Shoe Warehouse to pick up some shoes for my daughter and had a pretty good…read moreexperience overall. I found her a pair of all-black Vans with Velcro--super clean and perfect for everyday wear. They have a really great selection of kids' shoes, so it was easy to find something that worked. Also grabbed some socks with their buy one, get one 50% off deal, which was a nice bonus. Customer service was okay--not bad, but nothing that really stood out. Still, the selection and prices make it worth the trip. I'll definitely be coming back for more shoes in the future!

I never felt rushed and even when customers were waiting and I gave her the easy out to help others while I tried on different shoes she stayed with me. Not sure I would have found the right pair if she hadn't. If I could give a 10 star review I would. Redwing don't lose Esmerelda! She's the reason I'll be back next time.

And some Betsey Johnson lab coats that I ordered in my size, love Betsey Johnson! Not sure if there were more BJ stuff bc I just needed a couple pairs of scrubs and coats and I found them right away. Has an okay variety of brands but from I see they were nice. I think mine were Koi brand and I remember seeing Carhartt. Would def go back for more!

Just wanted to say that Reyna and Ronnie at the register were the most helpful associates I've ever…read moremet.
