Had the chance to finally visit this store. While they have a wide array of brands and additional widths for shoes, I noticed this location in particular has a very warm interior. I was visiting during the summer time so the warm weather outside probably didn't help. I was in and out in 45 minutes because it was quite warm inside. There were only a few associates working the day I went and it was quite busy. A few family's and a few solo shoppers like myself. They have the disposable stockings if you don't have your own socks on hand. Although I couldn't find something that fit right that day, I do appreciate they carry brands that cater to wide feet and other orthotic issues. Interestingly, I noticed this store also has an Aetrex machine. I tried a similar machine in New Jersey and while I think it has some merit (helps you find problem spots in your stance and recommends Aetrex orthotics / shoes), it just didn't work out for me or my partner. They do have a generous return policy if you return within the window. read more

I came into this lucky feet 13 minutes before close to do a foot analysis and the workers had every right to be annoyed yet Zefren was so kind and helped me try on multiple shoes wasn't rushing me at all and didn't make me feel like I was a bother. He helped me realize that the shoes that I did just recently buy were half size too big and that I just needed to size down. I came in thinking I was just shopping for shoes... but Daniela basically gave me a mini-masterclass on feet--something I honestly never thought I'd be into! She was awesome at showing me different styles, explaining support for pronation (which I didn't even know I had), and helping me figure out what would work best for my weirdly tired feet. She made it all easy, personable, and fun... and honestly, if they're ever hiring, it seems like a nice place to work (just saying ). The whole staff seemed friendly and genuine, even though they were clearly busy. I ended up with a pair of Hoka Arahi 8 (which feel fantastic so far) and they even threw in a free shoe repellent spray--a nice gesture that makes me feel like they care about keeping customers happy long after the sale. Upon entering we were greeted with a warm welcome from Zefren, who immediatley became genuinly concerned about my ongoing foot problem we did the foot analysis. He provided answers to my many questions,demonstrating knowledge and kindness. He then offered several different types to try on trying to get as close to are similar to what i wear at work now. at first we were only customers in the store but shortly thereafter they where overrun with customers, more staff began appaering and thru this i never felt as i watched Zefren and his coworkers greet and assist all and never did i feel rushed which was very important. I came in today to get some work shoes. I have tried a number of different styles and comforts and NOTHING compared to what I purchased today!!! It is a bit on the pricey side, but 100% worth it just for the customer service alone! I was assisted by Zeffren today and he was incredible! Everyone here is also so polite! If I had any complaints at all, it would be the parking situation, then again, that could be due to the Holidays and everyone out last minute shopping for Thanksgiving.
