I just had the best experience possible with the store manager Luis at the Skechers in Redlands! I purchased two pairs of shoes in the factory outlet store in Torrance and inadvertently got the wrong size for one of the pairs. Luis helped me get the right size by looking up in his store directory and searching for which stores had my size, calling to verify, and having them mailed directly to my residence! I really appreciated him taking the time and making the effort to make this a painless experience. I was a little anxious because I love the shoes and wanted the right size and wasn't sure if I had to drive all the way to Torrance again to exchange the shoes! I am a very happy Skechers customer! It's that time of year when your kids need shoes. If you love a good deal and love sketchers, it's one of the best times to buy. They have buy one get one 50% off with no limit on the number of shoes. I got my little 4 pair and my teenager two. At $40 a pop for my little, it was an amazing deal. The service was fair. I wouldn't say great because they don't check stock in the back and just tell you what's out is all they have. The selection of sizes was limited for my son's size. It must be a common shoe size or a size they stock a lot of because they had hardly any size 2s in boys. Luckily I was still able to find some, but I settled for some styles. It has been six years after my last review for this outlet store, and customer service has much improved. Two visits in between resulted in no purchase, because no Extra Wide Slip-Ins were displayed on the floor, and offerings were not enticing enough. But this time the store was well stocked with Extra Wide shoes, including Slip-Ins, and a great selection of new styles. I wound up buying six pairs: four stylish new designs including two slip-ins, and two replacements for black and gray tennis shoes. Three of the pairs were marked down 40% off the original price. The slip-ins were relatively expensive (over $100 each) but are very easy to step into and out of, and quite comfortable. This is the first time I have purchased more than four pairs of men's shoes on one buying expedition. But the need and unsatisfied demand for new shoes had been rising for months. read more

Took my brother here because he wanted to find comfortable shoes for an event that he was going to attend. The store was clean, and the employees were very friendly. No pressure from them to buy something. We found a pair in his size that were wide and slip on. Wish we found another pair, but whatever is out on the floor is all of their inventory. He got 50% off the original price, which my brother was happy not to pay full price. When he checked out, the cashier asked if he wanted to join the membership and if he did, he would get an additional 10% off. Who doesn't like discounts? He signed up, got his 10% off and they put his shoes in a bag which came in handy if he needed to put the shoe box as a carry on for his flight back home. Ran in for a quick Christmas item... only one clerk.... she was sweet and tried to accommodate everyone..... but.....when I finally reached the front checkout I asked if the coupon on the website could be used at store level..... she said she wasn't sure‍ I ended up buying them anyway, but it took us a while to figure out the coupon was not eligible to use on the item I purchased.... of course.... I didn't even know Skechers carried wide fitted shoes since so many brands simply don't any more, and she helped me get from a size 13 clown shoe down to a proper size 11, wide. She reminded us of in-store promotions and made sure we didn't spend money we didn't have to, which I'm also super grateful for since I'm literally so unobservant and didn't notice the buy one get one fifty percent off. I work close to this store, and any time I need a new pair of walking shoes (I walk on my work breaks), I come to this Skechers store. The prices are typically lower than anywhere else, and if you buy at the "right" time, you can get a "Buy one Get one" free or 50% off deal. Not bad at all. The best part is this store carries the entire Skechers line: work shoes, dress shoes, sport shoes, casual shoes, sandals, etc. You can really take advantage during those BOGO sales; get yourself a pair of dress shoes and athletics! If you join their rewards club, you'll only allow yourself to save even more money ($10 off for every $100 spent). If you're putting shoes on the entire family like I do, you'll save some good money on shoes. The employees are all friendly here, too. Though I will admit, from time to time, you can walk around the store for 15 minutes without having any employee check on you, or ask if you need help (or find one to help you). read more

My sisters and I needed new shoes and we always go for skechers because we can find pairs that are cute and comfortable. We were welcomed the moment we walked in. Christmas music was playing and the best part of all is that they were having a holiday sale. All of the employees were helpful. They offered to call other stores in the area to see if they had a pair of shoes I liked in my size. They also gave us enough space while trying on the shoes and I appreciated that. They have a great selection too. The only downside is that it can be a challenge to find shoes in my size but I do have big feet lol so that is a challenge anywhere. My sisters and I even picked up a pair of shoes for our mom because the guy ringing us up (I wish I would have payed attention to his name) pointed put they would be 1/2 off. She loves them! I recommend the memory foam shoes. So comfy! My first stop looking for skechers was Kohl's and that did not work out because their choices are so limited so check this place out. :) read more

I have shopped at this location approximately 8 times. Most of those experiences were very similar to today's trip. When I entered, I was shopping for several things. (Walking & work shoes for myself, as well as shoes for my grandson.) I went directly to the counter and had to wait for the male employee to finish with his cell phone. He only acknowledged me when my keys made a sound...him: "Oh, Hello." Me: "Can you tell me where are the non-slip work shoes?" Him: "In the back corner." That is it. ok...great. There were so many options, that while trying on a few, another male employee was streamlining his way to the 'Employee only' back door. I stopped him with, "Excuse me. Sorry to bother you, but I need a different size than the shoe on display." Him: "All of the shoes in that style are out and displayed." No---what were you looking for...can I help you with something." as he continued to rush to the employee-only sanctuary. There were 4 or 5 other groups in the store shopping at this time. I noticed that a very friendly girl (I asked for her name, which is EVELYN) seemed to be running all over the store helping all groups with finding what they were looking for. At this time, all of the other male employees that had basically ignored me had apparently also gone into the mysterious 'Employee' room. EVELYN was taking care of ALL OF US! She was the person politely acknowledging every person walking in, and also running around helping us all decide on what style and shoe that we needed for a specific thing. She is a wonderful salesperson just because she explained how all of the shoes were perfect for different situations. When I checked out with Evelyn, I asked her if she was the manager. She said, "No. I am a team member." I complimented her on her amazing service to all of the people in the store. I then asked her if she was the only person working this shift. She politely responded to me that there were actually 3 other people working. Hmmm... Where do I start this review. Ok, upon initial arrival, it looked empty. Almost thought no one was working. We looked around and wow! They have a great selection. This location also has a clearance section which impressed us both. Clearance ranges with discounts from 25% - 70%. My b.f. got a pair of sandals that were the last pair and a little scruffed up. Employee offered him 20% off on the sandals which was pretty sweet. From the clearance section, he found a pair of boots that were 70% off due to some scratches. It was honestly not a big deal to him because he realized that with wear it would eventually get scruffed up. Regular price was $70ish and we got the boots for $22. I got lucky too and found some Bobs at 50% off and paid $22. We both needed help during our visit but there were only 2 employees so they were either at the cash register or trying to put some more shoes on the floor.
