Kourtney Nyga is a designer and representative for the Lifestyle Kitchens and Baths, a division of the Wilke Window and Door Company in Fenton, Missouri and Shiloh, Illinois.  I gotta say it, my experience there was first class. I had looked everywhere high and low / Loews, Home Depot, Costco, Sam's Club, you name it, I just could not find the right dimensions for a vanity I needed and I needed it very badly.  When I checked things out with Kourtney at Lifestyle Kitchens and Baths in Fenton, I found the exact vanity I needed, found it fast, and for a great price as well.  The entire team there is service focused. Kourtney was helping me from the moment I arrived until the delivery was made. She was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and accommodating to the max. I bought the vanity I needed and Kourtney did the work to get the sale done and set up the delivery too.  The delivery driver was very friendly and professional and he showed up exactly on time.  I cannot say enough about the accountability, pricing, follow through, and the professional style of all the Wilke / Lifestyle team. I originally ordered my cabinets and quartz counters through Menards. I stopped by Norm's and talked to Kourtney Nyga. She looked at my blue prints and showed me the errors in what they had ordered. One of the cabinet doors I wouldn't have even been able to open! She was able to get me better quality cabinets and quartz for around the same price as Menards. (Actually the cabinets are SOLID wood. My contractor was impressed.) Also, Menards, won"t come out to measure, (big mistake) and Norm's will. Kourtney is an experienced, professional, interior designer, something you also won't find at places like Menards! She was helpful with my design decisions and extremely patient with my indecisiveness. She was prompt to return my calls and messages and was there every step of the way. I had a great experience working with Kourtney Nyga. This amazing young woman was very knowledgeable in every aspect of my cabinet and counter top needs! I walked into their store in Fenton Mo. in the summer 2019. Our home was being rehabbed. Kourtney, quickly became involved and started the ball rolling! She took my plans and put them in her computer and quickly designed my dream kitchen. She was sure of herself, which in returned, gave me confidence in my new adventure. She took her time with me and shared many ideas! She was excellent at figuring out space, from just a picture, and making it my actual kitchen! We recently modeled the kitchen on a home we are renting to our son. This is the second kitchen, along with a walk-in pantry and laundry room, that we have remodeled with cabinets and countertops from Norm's Bargain Barn. we had an incredible experience at Norm's. Pat did an excellent job helping me pick out four exterior doors. his communication was over the top as well as his expertise. Tony delivered the doors and was wonderful! He was very strong and put the door exactly where we needed it. he was very kind and had great customer service and a happy attitude. We were thankful to have a Goliath to move the doors single handedly over his shoulder. We were amazed. we had workers here to help but he was more than capable than all of us put together. We were EXTREMELY HAPPY with Norms. The service and the quality of the product are excellent. We shopped for cabinets for what seemed like ages before we thankfully found Norm's and our designer Betsy. Betsy helped us create our ideal kitchen (even with some beautiful extras) on our budget and schedule. The deep plywood reinforced lower drawers are perfect for our large, heavy cast iron cookware and are holding up great. Their installer Keith is kind, knowledgeable, and does beautiful work right on schedule. We saved so much money in remodelling our kitchen by using Norm's Bargain Barn to source our cabinets. We had a contractor/friend help us measure up an place the order. Betsy Wilson was our customer service contact and she helped us from start to finish in getting the right cabinets we need. Everything was in stock and arrived within a week, delivered to our garage. We got countertops separately through Lowes and that took WAAAAY longer. You get great services and great prices here. The quality is great. I popped in to Norms on a whim. I know it took about 4 visits for indecisive me to order that vanity. However, I kept coming back because of Kourtney! She was so patient with me. I brought in other materials and ideas and she always kept me on target. In the end she helped me pull together a bathroom that I love. Kortney is a talented designer.
