I truly cannot recommend Norma's enough. Every time we go we try out something new and have not been disappointed yet! We went yesterday and shared a southerner breakfast sandwich because the portions are large enough to share. Their dessert cabinet has so many amazing options, it's so hard to choose sometimes. We are here from out of town and visited this cute coffee shop for breakfast this morning. The food was amazing. The person who took our order was so friendly and enthusiastic about it being our first visit. When we couldn't decide, she recommended we share everything. We ordered the ranchero sandwich on a cheddar scallion biscuit, a Denver baked egg dish that came with potatoes and greens, and a small pumpkin Bundt cake that we saved for a late afternoon snack. Lovely hidden gem in downtown Wappingers Falls. I've been meaning to try Norma's for years and it did not disappoint! I'd visited when this used to be Graceland Tattoo and I love what they did with the interior, when you first walk in you order at the counter and their menu is displayed on the wall. Once you get your table # you can settle in to the lower level with all the dining tables, there's plenty of seating and they also have a stage for events as well as a small kids corner for those with little ones. The food itself was delicious, the ingredients are top notch and they bake all of their breads and pastries on site daily. You self serve your waters and napkins and they bring you your order. The food came out fast and the woman working the front was very welcoming especially with it being our first visit. Can't wait to come back to try more of the menu! read more

This place was a very pleasant experience. The staff was so friendly. The environment was so warm and welcoming. Seeing local artists work up on the walls is always a nice touch. This place was great. The cafe was very cozy, the staff and service were fantastic, and the general energy of this spot was very pleasant. I ordered the B.E.S.T. Sandwich on a buttermilk biscuit and the presentation of the food was immaculate. The biscuit was toasted to perfection however I felt it lacked butter. Overall I felt the sandwich lacked seasoning as I couldn't taste much of anything in it. I also tried my girlfriend's cappuccino and found it to be perfect with the correct amount of foam and milk. The sandwich itself gets a 2/5 from me. The place itself gets 5/5. I loved it! The service was also 5/5. The woman who brought our food over was very kind to everyone. This place is just AWESOME. They have best coffee drinks and sandwiches - and their space is really cute. The last time I was there I got a Caprese sandwich on a whole wheat roll (pictured) and it was SO good. Super fresh, not over done and just delicious. Nice breakfast or lunch spot in the Village. Usually swing though for breakfast, The sausage and gravy on a biscuit is my go to but I've tried almost every combo and haven't had a bad one yet. Had the Senòr for lunch today and it was one of the best sandwiches I've had in a while. The Tomato/ basil soup was a little thicker than I would have expected and had a bit more spicy heat than I was expecting for a tomato soup. As always we'll be back! I was extremely pleased with my turkey sandwich. I enjoyed that it was nice thick slices and they had just the right amount of mayonnaise, avocado, and sprouts. I also had the fruity tea that almost tasted sweet without any sweetener. I shared a raspberry lemon loaf and it was great. We stopped in to Norma's on a whim this AM because we had never been and been given a gift card. Everyone who worked there was friendly and helpful even amongst a crowded Sunday AM crowd. The counter area was bright and welcoming and clean while the seating area had gorgeous art work and exposed brick. This is definitely the vibes of fast casual - you order and are given a number and you seat yourself/clear the table your self but that was exactly what we needed today. The menu is varied breakfast and lunch options - I had the BLT while my partner had the Sunny Breakfast platter. Both were delicious, although while the platter came with a side scone - the sandwiches don't come with sides unless they are added on. Overall a great stop and we'll be back! read more

The food tastes fresh and the vegan sausage is flavorful and filling. The service is great. Everyone who works there is attentive and welcoming. Alex makes coffees with nice flavor and very quickly. I like that families with kids eat there and the kids can keep busy by the stage while the parents talk, and when there was live music it was high quality local groups and very entertaining.
