I am blown away at how much he has changed in the three months he has been there. I did a lot of research on Rehabilitation Centers; including conducting many interviews. I only found a handful of facilities that I felt genuinely were in business to help people as opposed to making money off of desperate people. I let my adult son choose from these and he chose wisely CTR based on his personality. It turned out to be a lovely open place with really good energy. I felt great about his choice! He is very happy he made this choice and calls it a "great place". He has replaced the substance abuse with maintaining a healthy body and mindset. He still knows that he has to keep this momentum going and has taken the next step by entering into sober living. My son can be a hard one to crack and they didn't crack him; they got him to want to be sober and to love it. That doesn't mean that it was easy for him. It wasn't; especially at first with the withdrawal symptoms and mood swings that occur for awhile even after detox. He felt like quitting several times, but this is a determined group of compassionate people who were obviously very skilled at keeping him on track. I think one of the biggest problems with many rehabs is that they are not compassionate for the people they are serving. CTR treated my son with dignity. I can't thank everyone at Circle tree enough. Thanks to Karla. Roki, Eric, Mark, and everyone else there that touched my son. You are all angels to me.

Then they weren't giving me two of my medicines for A disease. I was recently diagnosed with. They changed the contract in the middle of my 30 days for all the residents. Without coming to us and letting us know beforehand. What was offered in the program that got us to pick this place were taken away without any warning. They changed our schedules, We weren't offered any kind of therapy meditation that we had had the first two weeks. The CEO Clayton was a complete asshole to residents he is totally on a power trip he disregarded all of us like we were lesser than. They accept all dogs as service dogs so we had them pissing on the floor barking being aggressive towards other dogs. They were not service dogs. Thank goodness for a couple emotional support dogs that were older or being trained because they helped so many through this mess. I would never recommend this place to anyone. However, the therapist I had were absolutely top-notch and some of the best staff and nurses who truly cared about us were there. If we hadn't made such an incredible community ourself we couldn't of made it through the program. But if you made any waves challenge them anyway they found a way to kick you out. they threatened people that wanted to leave early that their insurance wouldn't pay for it, which is not true. So you have to advocate for everything because they will lie just so they can get your money. The horses are no longer there. They are not capable of taking people with excessive mental illness, even though they advertise that.

I went in and met a group of really nice women. My experience with the staff was great. And I have life long-girlfriends now in sobriety. My first opinion when I got there was it's so small it's not really nice on the inside. (The women are around the side Of the building with a single door) Then once inside I found the facility needing to be upgraded. It's not real fancy. It's clean... my bed was comfortable and I had my own shower in my room. Food was pretty decent And the place was comfortable. The close proximity with all the women just made us that much stronger, walking in our recovery. They teach out of the AA big book. I ended up learning so much from them in the AA book and with their counselors. More than I've ever learned about Bill W and the BiG book over the years. (And I am an addict who has mainly worked my recovery in AA). You will receive amino acids, vitamins and amino acid vitamin IV therapy. One free massage, then the rest you have to pay for. Yoga every day, but Friday and the weekends. Exercise walking around the track daily . Outside meetings and inside meetings. They do go to the store for you so bring money, but not too much because they mail the check to you once you get out. Also the PHP and IOP programs in Gilbert are wonderful. Physicist depends on the person ( mine was three different sessions) and counseling once a week. The staff were great with me. So if your not looking for a place with fancy amenities and you want an all women's recovery house with a great program. I recommend Riversource. It's out in no where which I liked being away from all family and friends so I could concentrate on my recovery

Bedding had stains. The staff's primary training is that most have felony convictions, they went through rehab here. So this is all they understand. Please seek other alternatives. They were so terrible that I filed a police complaint against them because if you try and leave they won't allow you access to your processions for 24 hours; you're in the desert with no access to debit/credit cards or keys. The police told me that is unlawful. Seek real treatment!

They will spin a story of catered personal care with "a multidisciplinary team of specialists with world-class expertise". This quote is a falsehood. I went into Sabino to address some childhood trauma and they bullied me into an addict role. I spent the last 30 days of treatment lying and exaggerating stories of substance use in order to shut them up. Needless to say it took away from what I actually checked myself in for. This shotty treatment continued by spitting me back out into the world solely focused on a problem I didn't have. Needless to say that was $45,000 dollars I'll never see again...an extremely expensive lesson I hope no one else has to learn.

We read about their alternative methods and their commitment to staying in touch with previous patients. Our family member left this facility with a prescription for the stimulant that she was abusing BEFORE treatment. She relapsed within days of leaving and is now hospitalized. The intake was done by someone without a clinical background (Pierre I think? French name) and he seemed incredibly enthusiastic about enrolling our family member without fully evaluating her condition. She had interviewed with another facility that recommended a higher level of care - not Sabino! They wanted the $$! We're heartbroken. Corruption is so common in the psychiatric world - please protect yourselves and your family members. I meant to add - and these details were only told to us AFTER she left - our family member had voiced hearing buzzing noises and VOICES during a therapy session. Was anything done or did any healthcare professional notice warning signs? No. Did they prescribe her a stimulant instead? Yes. She also developed a romantic relationship with another patient and spoke to her therapist about this. Was anything done? No. An honest facility that genuinely cares about mental health would've realized that our family member was NOT clinically suited for this program. She should've been discharged immediately. But again - $$$$$. Thankfully we have proof of all this and are taking legal action. Just a horrible experience for our family member and our entire family.
