They even checked in yearly to see how I was doing. Finally, in 2018 (3 years later) I had enough money saved up AND found a grant program to help with my down-payment. Once everything was finalized, they worked hard to put in an offer. I really wanted a condo for my first property that would have a high resale value or that could potentially become a rental property. She managed to find several options in safe neighborhoods with great school districts. For this particular condo, there were 2 other offers (one being a cash offer). Well, Maria was able to get my offer accepted and even had the owners put in a new HVAC. Not only was she a supportive agent, but she really cares.
