He said that he called Ego in an attempt to resolve the issue and was told that, based on the serial number, the mower had a known history of stopping, and that parts had been shipped to fix the problem. When I was checking out, a young man named Gabriel was taking care of me. He told me how he could save me $5 just for becoming a member and then could earn points over time. I was buying less than $10 worth of screws, so I was glad to share my number to save the $5. He had the most positive, upbeat attitude. Often times, younger generations act disconnected and unhappy. When in the gardening section the gentleman there was giving great advice, but mentioned he wished that someone else was there.
