Noel Larson, the owner of Fabcon, is also an owner of multiple Harley-Davidsons and a Sturgis camping ground. He provided personal attention to recommending the trailer, picking the whole package of motorcycle hauling accessories, and the installation. We were very impressed with the service and support from this business. I have now used them twice for two very different issues. First issue was a emissions test on my vehicle, which they accomodated immediately and completed quickly. Second issue was replacing the stablizer jacks on my RV. The jacks got damaged and Fabcon ordered the part with no deposit from us. Then they completed installation quicker than expected - saving us an hour of labor which they reduced our price by. Their office is very nice and everyone who I worked with there were incredibly gracious and helpful. I would recommend them to any and everyone. read more

We store our boat at the fabcon lot and so far so good. We pay $56 a month for uncovered secure storage.

I have always had a good experience here until today. Customer service is great as long as you are not dealing with the owner. Came in to purchase a trailer tongue box at a price of $300. When they brought it out from the warehouse it was scratched, dented and coating chipped in places. When I was questioning the employee about the condition, the owner overheard and came over. When I pointed out my concerns, the owner was clearly annoyed and acted as if I shouldn't be questioning it. He said "that's how they come in through shipping and that its going on a trailer and was going to get scratched up anyways". If I wanted a used trailer box I would have got one for a lot less from somebody on Craigslist. Note to owner: Let your employees handle the customers because your service skills are lacking. I will not purchase anything else from Fabcon strictly because I do not want to put anymore money in your pocket. Too many other options out there!!! I recommend American Fence and Supply Co in Georgetown. They are also a Lamar trailer dealer. Actually have a better selection of trailers and products that are not already "broken in for you". read more

I rented a trailer from this place at $30 per day. Returned it on time the following day as agreed and then they charged an additional $50 for a "cleaning fee". When I called about the charge they said there were some small tree bark scraps they had to sweep out of the trailer bed so that was the reason for the charge. The additional fee was more than the cost to rent the trailer. These guys are shady. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

I have attempted to work with this company three times now and have had a horrible experience each time. The first time they did not respond to ordering a part several times, and both of the remaining times their lack of effort and customer service was amazing. You can tell this company is not managed well as the employees are simply their to be present and collect a paycheck. Very disappointing. I went to FABCON today (10/3/19) because I kept blowing fuses in my truck and losing my camper lights. (I had several mechanics and RV guys look at it back in Colorado with no solution in sight). At FABCON they jumped on the problem immediately, and the owner Noel even came out to check my trailer. After almost an hour he found a (hidden) problem! Any typical mechanic would have charged an arm and leg to do what he did but he said he'd only charge me for 1/2 an hour! These guys are SMART and HONEST. I had a wheel just about come off my Tandem Axle trailer while towing a 4500 lb boat and took to Fabcon. They were extremely helpful, gracious and quick to help. I had a quote the next day, and replaced Axle, Brakes, bearings, and other cap along with repacking the bearings on the other axle in 48 hours. I dropped off on a Tuesday, and they had done by Friday. They were also nice enough to keep my boat in covered storage overnight to protect expensive stereo. Noel, the owner, and Cliff, were great to work with. I would highly recommend Fabcon to anyone for their above and beyond service, professional and courteous staff, quick turn-around and very fair prices. My guess is the other major trailer company would have taken 3 weeks to turn around and cost 3X. read more

My friend asked that I post this review on his behalf as he has no internet access. "I was extremely pleased with my recent experience with the Owner and employees at Fabcon!! The owner of the company was able to identify a bent torsion bar in my dual axle independent suspension trailer that was resulting in almost a 2" lean to the left. Not only did he identify the problem, he also identified the cause as a result of a structural design flaw. They were able to order the customized replacement axles, which were delivered on time and as promised! Additionally, the installation went off without a hitch (no pun intended), and no "additional charges" were added to the originally quoted price. Probably went so well for us because we met and/or spoke with four different family members who made sure we were well taken care of!" read more

These guys are awesome. They've gotten us road ready many times with out Airstream. Today the boat trailer had a flat. The thought of a tire shop on Saturday is a nightmare. I remembers Fabcon sells tires, "let's try them". Within 20 minutes we were out of there. read more

Had an appointment to get a hitch put on our truck and when I got there they had already used the hitch they ordered for us the day before on someone else's in truck who was a walk in. We had to rearrange 4 peoples schedule just to get to our appointment that day. They said sorry like it was no big deal. Appointments are made for a reason lost time and money, they made no concessions what so ever. read more

I have had a few business dealings with Fabcon and while they are quite expensive they have good service and are close to my business. I will not be using them anymore... Read the fine print you have three days to pick up your repaired trailer or they charge you $15 a day. Even if your out of town for the Holliday's.... Dumb motive Fabcon I have spent almost 10k with you guys this year and over $128.00 in "storage" fees you have lost a customer! read more

I recently visited Fabcon to buy some parts for my trailer. The owners work at the store and are very interested in making sure their customers are happy. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had everything I needed in stock and it was all priced very reasonably. I was also pleased to find out that they perform all types of trailer repair, inspections, and sell tires for trailers and any other type of vehicle. I had just had my trailer repaired at another place, and got "taken to the cleaners". I will definitely NOT return to that place, but now know where to take my business - Fabcon. read more

I have been dealing with the Fabcon folks for years. I have several trailers that I take in for service regularly. They are always pleasant in their demeanor. They are expert at their craft. Their rates are fair for the quality of product and impeccable service they provide. There turn-around time is generally very fast. They are conveniently located and an easy on/off of the toll road. When I need anything related to trailers there is no thought process about where to go. Fabcon is my trailer place. I know they do many other things other than trailers. Based on my experience with them on trailers, I would be comfortable using them for any product or service they currently offer. Just plain old good folks running a great business. read more

I recently ordered and had a brush guard installed on my pick up. The sales mgr. Cliff was very helpful and treated me like I was one of their best customers. The installation took a lot longer than they thought it would but didn't charge me extra. I checked around before I made the purchase and they had the best price.
