There is a teeeeeeny tiny parking lot that has spots for like, 5 cars so if it's busy you will see people lined up on either side of the street so take note of that. For this reason, I usually hoof it. It's maybe a mile for me but I like the exercise. Sometimes the wait here is long as with any post office, but the workers I've encountered here are generally friendly. They also have some decent cards too if you need a greeting card as well as gift cards from various retailers. My mom loves eBay so this is where I get her GCs since they don't sell eBay ones everywhere. Note they don't process passports at this location - you'll have to go to West Bab or North Bab for that. Though, they do have the application to fill out to save you a bit of time, but wished they were also capable of handling this.

They have free oversized pouches for returns (a feature I haven't seen at other locations), which made the process super simple--just drop in the item and have the clerk scan the QR code on your phone. Plus, the lines here are usually much shorter. This is definitely my new go-to spot for SHEIN, Amazon, and other returns.

This facility is the most pathetic example of customer service that I have seen in my entire life…read more They caused a catastrophic inconvenience for my wife and my family and had absolutely no regard or took any responsibility for what they did. It took my wife a few weeks to get all the paperwork necessary to retrieve some mail. The mail was saved, then when my wife finally got to this post office to collect it, they returned all of it back to the respective senders stating that no one came for it. This is in spite of the fact that all the necessary arrangements were made to pick up this mail at this post office. This essentially negated many many hours of work by my wife. There was absolutely no sense of accountability even by the postmaster of this facility. The word pathetic is being polite.

Considering my landlord and I don't really get along that well and is 76 years old and has a hard time coming to the door, she gets upset every time she has to come to the door due to it ringing for her to collect a package that she now has to hold onto to give to me. Our work hours force me to come home very late and sometimes I don't get my packages for days from her. This is why I specifically note to deliver to the back door. But once again, my package was delivered to the front stoop with only two weeks left till Christmas when package theft is at its highest. If the package is left in the back, no one sees it...
