They also have some decent cards too if you need a greeting card as well as gift cards from various retailers. My mom loves eBay so this is where I get her GCs since they don't sell eBay ones everywhere. Note they don't process passports at this location - you'll have to go to West Bab or North Bab for that. Though, they do have the application to fill out to save you a bit of time, but wished they were also capable of handling this.

There is a large PO Box area, passport picture area, small/large package drop window and packing envelopes/supplies as needed. It has a small parking lot for vehicles/bikes and ample street parking out front The postal workers that aid desk front are efficient, helpful, knowledgeable, always very apologetic for the long waits at times. Our daily mail carrier Mike is also super timely with the route and respectful of property delivery. Can't ask for more. We all should be thankful and grateful for what is offered and done.

It took my wife a few weeks to get all the paperwork necessary to retrieve some mail. The mail was saved, then when my wife finally got to this post office to collect it, they returned all of it back to the respective senders stating that no one came for it. This is in spite of the fact that all the necessary arrangements were made to pick up this mail at this post office. This essentially negated many many hours of work by my wife. There was absolutely no sense of accountability even by the postmaster of this facility. The word pathetic is being polite.

Anyway, I sent her in by herself and told her to ask for assistance if needed. Well...the clerk was rude and bullying. He dressed her down in front of the other customers. People like this don't realize the harm they do to when they lash out at people with special needs. He should be stuffed into a back office and not be allowed to deal with the general public.
