I tried to call the Post Office Customer Service number to complain but I kept getting the repeated automated pick a number for mail prices. Do better. If you don't like your job then quit and find something you like. I will not be coming back to this location again and would rather drive another mile to avoid this disastrous location.

They have free oversized pouches for returns (a feature I haven't seen at other locations), which made the process super simple--just drop in the item and have the clerk scan the QR code on your phone. Plus, the lines here are usually much shorter. This is definitely my new go-to spot for SHEIN, Amazon, and other returns.
