When we asked if the other person will be coming soon she just ignored us and pretended like we were not there. Her name was Helena. She did not look like she wanted to be there or work for the post office and really had a negative vibe. I tried to call the Post Office Customer Service number to complain but I kept getting the repeated automated pick a number for mail prices. Do better. If you don't like your job then quit and find something you like. I will not be coming back to this location again and would rather drive another mile to avoid this disastrous location.

Returning packages just got easier!…read more I stopped by this post office to return a SHEIN dress, and I was so impressed by how quick and convenient it was. They have free oversized pouches for returns (a feature I haven't seen at other locations), which made the process super simple--just drop in the item and have the clerk scan the QR code on your phone. Plus, the lines here are usually much shorter. This is definitely my new go-to spot for SHEIN, Amazon, and other returns.

The equipment at the facility apparently breaks down constantly and instead of trying to send damaged mail to the recipient or back to the sender, if it just contains papers. They are thrown out! No matter if you paid a few bucks because of size and weight. You'll never get it back! Further, items to Montauk or Amagamdrtt never arrive regardless. Lesson learned I suppose, it doesn't matter how short the line is to start, leave yourself at least 10-15 minutes (or more) to complete a simple transaction. You just never know how long at the P.O. the person ahead of is going to take at the parcly staff front counter.
