Simmah is simply an excellent practitioner, but is extremely unreliable. She has, on multiple occasions, sent me texts telling me she is rescheduling. I had an appointment with her scheduled and drove from San Francisco to Santa Rosa and as I walked into her office she realized she had double booked. A two hour drive wasted. She didn't seem to care. Trying to schedule yesterday she told me a time when I was busy so I moved my appointment, and then suddenly she was booked. While she is capable, she has proven unreliable and fairly un apologetic. Would suggest you avoid her. read more

I own a day spa and have had so many different spa and massage treatments, Kona "THE"massage therapist & Nero Linguistic practitioner has been doing my body work and making my world a better place for over 10 years. Kona he has been in this profession for over 20 years and does multiple different types of massage including his own Yogi-ssage! Which is a combination of yoga and massage, Kona uses the best Doterra oils and creams which are ah-mazing!! My favorite is his hot stone therapy. Gratitude to Kona and his esteemed partner O'simmah. I met her recently and she does hydrotherapy colonics as well as massage. O'Simmah is a Doll. She makes you feel comfy and relaxed with her essential oil sprays and rubs your tummy with hot stones while doing her hydrotherapy treatment. She is super knowledgeable about probiotics, supplements and foods to help heal your internal issues. As she says that "all diseases start with the gut" I would have to say I agree! Really disappointed with North Bay Wellness. I will not return. My partner and I were great customers and were excited to build a relationship with NBW. We tipped generously as well and discussed a plan where we would come for hydrotherapy weekly. During the COVID pandemic I had to leave town last minute for a family emergency. With the chaos I reached out only an hour before my appointment explaining that I needed to cancel last minute bc of the emergency. I apologized and said it was a one time situation. All health and wellness businesses I've experienced have always had a one time forgiveness policy. NBW is not one of those places. They would not give me a refund and charged my card regardless of the circumstances. I explained and asked if they would even be willing to take 1/2 payment since it was a one time situation and in the middle of a global pandemic where income is unstable. This is a really expensive place. More so than other hydrotherapy places I've seen. And in the middle of a pandemic, they not only would not meet me in the middle but never even responded to my request. I'm very disappointed at the lack of customer service and the short sightedness of the business. I won't be able to recommend this place to anyone or go back. I don't feel like they considered me or had consideration for more than their profit. They do have a 24 hour cancellation policy and I only gave an hours notice. I realize I was in the wrong for that and will not be disputing the charge but they've lost 2 very loyal customers because they were unwilling to have any leniency or grace. read more

I had my first colonic at NBW last week. Then I had two more. I found Simmah to be an amazing healer and teacher. I was nervous about the process, but she put me an ease right away by showing me around the spaces we would be using and explaining how the process worked. Her offices are serene and spotless, making it feel very inviting from the moment I stepped in. She massaged my belly during the colonic, knowing exactly where to go to help things pass through. In my third visit, even though I was her final client for the day, she offered one more fill even though we'd already hit our hour. She was equally generous with her knowledge, sharing considerable tools on food and nutrition, during our session. It sounds strange, but I am hooked on colonics now. And Simmah. I've had colonics from several clinics in several states, and this is, by far, the BEST colonic anyone could ask for!! The clinic is beautiful and peaceful, and feels very private. But Simmah is the real gem of this experience - her warmth and compassion are palpable from the moment you meet her. She is knowledgeable about all things colonic-related, and gifted beyond compare with abdominal massage (which is an absolute game changer for a colonic).
