All staff we've ever come into contact with have been INCREDIBLY nice. The building and waiting area is also very clean and nice. I've noticed at other groomers that there tends to be quite a bit of a smell, but have never noticed that here. They are super fast - both times took less than 90 minutes, but I never feel like they cut corners. He always gets a deshed and it's always done beautifully. Bonus points for the fact that every time my boy has gone in, he's come home with a bandana and a bowtie. Literally amazing. Thank you so much for existing in my area!!! The second time it was quite busy so it felt a little rushed. After a few days we noticed our dog kept scratching his ears then when he was laying on back we realized he still had cotton balls inside his ears that were never removed by groomer. We called to let the manager know and they didn't seem to care. We understand that mistakes can happen but he could've gotten an ear infection had we not noticed in time. Would recommend if you come here you to check your dog's ears when picking them up to ensure all items are removed.

Having the grooming done at home made such a difference for our dog and for my busy schedule. She was calm, comfortable, and stress-free the entire time. They followed up with me and came back out to make it right. It was exceptional. They really thinned him out and got a lot of fur off of him. He is so soft and he is one very happy boy. There were scheduling issues for both visits that they worked to remedy. I appreciate that customer satisfaction was important to them.

They even helped me get him into the car, as his hips are beginning to fail. I can't recommend them highly enough!
