She was very informative and patient, always making sure that I needed any assistance and gave me great reccomendations for any repairman and drivers. I would not recommend purchasing an RV from this dealership. The sales experience was great at first because they want to make the sale. The salesperson was friendly, helpful, and made everything sound like a great decision. However, once the purchase was completed and issues started coming up, the support and willingness to help changed completely. Trying to get problems addressed became extremely frustrating. There were many obstacles, and it felt like after they had your money, you were no longer a priority. I also strongly recommend doing your research before buying any RV. Compare the exact model you're interested in with other RVs and check the actual resale value. In my experience, the value drops dramatically once you leave the dealership, and what you think you'll be able to sell it for is nowhere close to what you paid. They can be a very poor financial investment unless you are planning to live in one long-term. This is just my personal experience and opinion, but after dealing with the costs, depreciation, and issues, I would not purchase an RV again and would not recommend one to others. read more

Wow. We read the reviews about the customer service but decided to give them a try anyway. Everyone was right. After spending an hour looking at trailers (with no one checking on us to answer questions) we narrowed it down to two that we were serious about. I walked up to the sales office and asked if I could ask a question, and like other reviewers said, he told me he needed to leave. I reminded him that I called first and they weren't closing for another 1.5 hours, and when I (kindly) questioned it, I was literally cursed out. I have never been treated that way. There's no way these people are actually in sales and selling trailers, they would not treat people (who are about to drop $50k...) like this if they were interested in making a sale. The used 2013 trailer on her lot we purchased is in great shape and Alicia promised to deal with a few incidental (cosmetic) issues inside before we take care of it. I just had such a bad Experience here yesterday from the man who claimed to be owner. We were there a few min before closing and he rudely came into Trailer I was viewing and said "we had to leave now." I told I'm interested in buying the trailer and still said "We are closing and walked off." Never had such poor customer service. Don't waste time there. It's not often I post things on here but to protect my fellow Santa Rosa residents from BAD BUSINESS, you need to know the following: While visiting North Coast RV at 3576 Santa Rosa Avenue, I had the most NEGATIVE experience I can recall EVER. In an attempt to ask a question about an RV on site, I was rudely told to "GET OFF MY LOT" and later told by the finance officer that "I wasn't a good fit." Now, how can I not be a good fit as a customer when I am verbally chased off the lot by employees who obviously don't care about customer service or treating people right? How can I ensure I'm getting the right product for my family when I'm told "GET OFF MY LOT!" So, if I can't get any help from the employees there and the manager answers with GET OFF MY LOT, I guess we as Sonoma County should take our business elsewhere. His response to my questions about available RV's was the same as most. No inventory and again inflated prices to make up for lack of inventory. We bought our Keystone RV from North Coast RV. They didn't help with a warranty claim in the first year. The claim was denied. I tried to order replacement shades from them as I was instructed to go thru a dealer. I was told they don't order for customers. I was told to try Reed's in Petaluma. I wish I would've looked at the yelp reviews before going here. My wife and I have been looking at trailers for the last year. Prices are only going up so we decided to buy before they got too bad. Upon initial visit to this dealership, I felt good. There was a good inventory and we were able to find a unit that was in our price range. We purchased it, and made an appointment in which i thought was to pick up the trailer. However it was only to sign paperwork. I live out of the area so this was very inconvenient. But, this was a used trailer and they needed to do a walk through to be sure everything is operating properly. I received a phone call a few days later letting me know there is an issue with the heater and ac unit that can't be looked at for a few more days. I would assume this be looked at prior to selling the unit, but what ever. I got a call a few days later letting me know the trailer was ready. I went down that day with my parents to pick up the trailer, and I was shown how everything works. this trailer had an ant problem, but I had already given the guy my money and signed my contract, so the ants are now my problem. Ashton, the owner of the dealership, was very rude with my mom when she was asking about the ant issue. His unprofessional behavior made me wish I hadn't already given him my money. Fast forward to 4 days later, I was showing my wife how to use all the functions of the trailer, and our ac doesn't work again. They "fixed" it to the point that they could show me it worked and let me go. I called to let Ashton know that the ac isn't working, and he said that I could work on it, or file a claim with the extended warranty that we bought. All in all, I will NEVER buy or recommend this business to any of my friends or family. read more

The only positive thing about this business is Alicia. I hope they realize how lucky they are to have her. We were set to buy our travel trailer, and with my husband working I called to tell her we were coming as fast as we could. Unfortunately, she had left by the time we got there. We arrived 30 minutes before close on a Sunday. We live near, and I prefer to buy locally. We were rudely spoken to by a man (said he was the owner) who screamed at us to get off his lot because he needed to go home. We told him that we wanted to buy the trailer, and he looked at us and said there was no way we could afford it and especially with the banks being closed on a Sunday. He expressed it was time to go, and he wanted to go home. I've never met someone so rude. We had 3 kids with us watching this man speak and yell at us. I do not appreciate being spoken to so rudely, and being judged. My suggestion to anyone looking to purchase is to take your hard earned money elsewhere like we did. We went to Napa the day and bought the same trailer for about 5K less. I would never want to buy from here, but I would absolutely never want to come back here should I one day need their maintenance center. read more

I have never been treated so rudely in my life. When I arrived at NCRV, there was no one visible to assist me. Most of the units I came I to see were open, so I started looking around. After a considerable amount of time, maybe 15 minutes, a young man in a golf cart drove up asking if I had questions, which I did and he quickly demeaned any question I had. When the question of insulation came up he said he didn't know, it was in the brochure, ( fair enough) and he'd get one for me so that I could look it up????? Not once did he get out of the cart, never introduced himself , and chuckled as he drove off never to be seen again. Finally I went into the empty office, a fella finally stuck his head out of the back room, and told me he couldn't help me because it was lunch time. Another guy walks in with take out and gets offended when I asked him if he or someone else could help me. Literally said " Wow, that's unreal. We are eating lunch". As they all go into the back room and shut the door. Not one professional person available. No offer to take my name, no offer to find someone to help me. Parting words from some fella named Rob, I think ; I said " I'd really like some customer service. I am looking to spend a considerable chunk of money here for two new units." His reply"not here you won't". And he was right. His competitor down the road got my business. A nail in their coffin of ever having my business ; I was the only one wearing a face mask. Not one of the men in the office had one on. Not the fella in the golf cart. Not one. read more

Appallingly rude salesman. First he tried telling me that even though they're open till a certain time, the paperwork had to be done by one person who had to leave an hour early. That didn't make any sense whatsoever. He tried multiple strong arm techniques to force a deal after already backtracking on the price he first offered. Went on site to check out some Trailers and have to say that I was pleasantly surprised at how I was treated. I've come to expect high pressure sales when stepping onto a lot whether that be car or otherwise and was immediately put at ease at North Coast. Horrible place to buy an RV. We asked to do a walk-through and they wouldn't let us do one until we started the paperwork for the loan a week later they called us to do the walk-through and the trailer was garbage the slide outs didn't work correctly they never cleaned inside of the trailer from the previous owners the trailer was $32,999 they never showed us if any of the water spouts worked inside the trailer. The guy that did the walk-through got the door stuck as he was closing the slide out crack the door down the center and they tried telling us we had to pay for that. Found tape above one of the slides out from a previous leak they promised there was no leak. Any questions we asked they had no answer for. When I called my bank to cancel the loan Northcoast had put into loans for the same amount with two different business names one was Northcoast and the other one was California coast in the amount of $45,000 each. I was able to stop my alone thank goodness. read more

I feel compelled to warn others of the unbelievably rude and unprofessional behavior of Ashton, a sales person at NCRV. We called before coming to make sure they were open and confirm we would be able to see the two used RVs in which we were interested. When we arrived, there was no one in the sales office, but the units were open so we spent about 15 minutes going through and carefully inspecting both units. Ashton rolled up on a golf cart and introduced himself and said he was happy to answer questions. We told him our names and said we were the ones who had called earlier. We spent another 10 minutes looking, and then my husband peaked his head into the office and asked if Ashton knew if the Forest River unit had a generator. Ashton asked if we were seriously looking to buy. That was not exactly the answer we were expecting. We said yes that we were looking to buy right away. He said all the information is on the website in the specs. However, the specs didn't mention a generator. He went into the office and printed the specs and walked up to my husband and handed them to him. Ashton was not wearing a mask which made us very uncomfortable. My husband and I are both 69, and we were both wearing double masks and not ready to climb into an extremely small space with a mask less stranger. My husband asked if Ashton could please wear a mask and show us some of the features. His answer was, "Get off of this property." My husband and I were pretty shocked when he was the one breaking the law of California and Sonoma. My husband asked if he was saying that, because he had requested that Ashton wear a mask. Ashton replied, "No, I don't like your attitude now go." We had no problem taking our cash purchase elsewhere. After reading multiple reviews with similar experiences, we understand that it was not personal. Stay safe, Ashton!!!! read more

The sale was ok, but when It comes to setting up your hitch for you and doing a good walkthrough, forget about it! This is where the wheels started to fall off! I had to buy all the tools and set my hitch up correctly, then when I asked about sway bars they told me I didn't need them on a 30FT trailer! The hitch manufacture recommends tow sway bars on anything over 25FT. Again I had to install those on my own because they said "I have never put those on before, I don't think they are needed", trust me they are defiantly needed. Now for the absolute WORST part of their business... the service!!!!! They try to pitch "buy local get service local", if that is the case why am I driving to Vacaville to get my TT serviced? When I took it in to get serviced I was told the are too small of a shop and to take it somewhere else. If you're not going to service a Trailer than don't sell the trailer! Avoid this place at all costs it isn't worth your time!!! read more

Is it possible to give a no-stars? Probably the worst service experience in my life, and we didn't get past the phone call. Called the number given by the warranty company to help my 89 yr old grandmother who is hospitalized and stranded in the area, and who is having service problems with her rv. Without being helpful in the least, Ron told me he didn't service anyone save his own customers and chastised me for not buying locally!! Had he let me get a word in edge-wise, he could have greatly expanded his reputation as a helpful service in the area, even with a recommendation for another location, instead of hurting a completely innocent bystander with his curmudgeonly bitterness. Calling the BBB next, and reporting his dealership to his manufacturers. STEER CLEAR!! read more

You could not ask for a better dealership to get your trailer from! We shopped around looking for a hard to get trailer from Forest River *primetime tracer 245bh* and we ended up ordering one sight unseen from the factory! Not a problem for us as we trusted Alicia and Dan! Of course our trailer ended up being delivered Before the factory promised and it was as awesome as we thought it would be! Fast forward several months and it needed warranty work. We brought it into Dan and he reassured us everything would be covered as we went over our list. I cannot begin to tell you what a world of difference it is working with North Coast instead of the other dealerships we looked into. They listen, work hard, and get you the best trailer they can. I received a recall notice from Keystone so I called the number on the notice to find a Keystone dealership that is close to me. They gave me the name and number to North Coast RV which is 30 minutes from my home. I called North Coast RV to inquire about making an appointment, the man who answered was extremely rude! He asked if I bought the trailer from him (we did not), he then told me he will not service any trailer that was not bought from him. I told him I was looking for a dealership closer to us as the one we bought our trailer from is 2.5 hours from us, his response "you should have shopped local". I made sure to call Keystone back and let them know so they won't recommend North Coast RV to anymore Keystone owners. If you are a Keystone dealer you should service any Keystone trailer, especially if it is a Keystone recall!!!! Poor customer service! read more

We recently traded in our small travel trailer for a larger one at North Coast RV. The manager, Alicia, and her staff were accommodating, courteous, and went out of their way to make the transaction as smooth as possible. The trailer we were purchasing needed some work to meet our needs, and we had a stringent timeline which they helped us to achieve. They were not pushy with the sale and corrected minor deficiencies on the trailer we were purchasing at no additional charge. With the larger repairs we chose to make, they worked with us to make them reasonable and doable. The service manager is skilled and experienced and did an excellent job on the repairs. When I arrived for my appointment, the owner started aggressively yelling at me and was so incredibly rude and nasty, that I almost started to cry. I could not BELIEVE the treatment I received by them. All I wanted was for them to look at my furnace and tell me what we needed to do about it. NEVER, EVER set foot on this lot. They will sell you a trailer for sure, but if anything is wrong, look out. The owner is a mean, nasty and a little psycho. read more

Our family was RV shopping and stopped by North Coast as we made our way from Petaluma through Santa Rosa. We figured out that all the units were unlocked, so we started peeking into them all. About 10-15 minutes into our visit, Alicia buzzed by in a golf cart. She was minimally interested in helping us, and spoke negatively/dismissively about another model that we mentioned we were considering at another dealer. Perhaps the most appalling thing about this spot is the quality (or significant lack thereof) of the used models on their lot. They were dirty, dingy, smelly, and one or two were downright trash with floors we felt we might fall through and obvious mold. The least they could do when taking in a consignment/trade is to clean the unit and make sure that it is at least roadworthy, but they appear not to take the time for either. We ran out of here as fast as we could and advise others not to waste their time. read more

Bought our first travel trailer from North Coast RV and we were very impressed with the manager Alicia and how helpful she was with our purchase. We has some minor problems withe the trailer and the service manager (Dan)was very helpful in getting the problems taken care of. Took the trailer out this weekend and had a couple concerns that we thought neede to be addressed so we stopped by to talk to some one(service dept. Is closed on the weekend). We happened upon someone in the service dept. who stated service was closed, which we knew and we said we had a couple concerns with a trailer we purchased there. This time, very rudely, we were told the service dept. was closed, to call Dan . When we asked who we were talking to, we were told I am Ron, the owner of the dealership . When we attempted, for the third time to say that we just had a few questions, we were again rudely told to call the service dept. Seems the owner had no time for someone who purchased a trailer from his lot. After this interaction with the owner, we will not be buying from them again nor recommending any of our friends to buy there. read more
