This review is overdue. We have a 2020 Rockwood MiniLIte and developed several roof leaks. It was only 5 years old and out of warranty. We had received quotes of over $10,000 for a roof replacement from a couple other repair shops. We took it to Santa Rosa RV. It did take several months, but Sergio dealt directly with Forest River and the Roof Material company and showed that the roof material was prematurely disintegrating. The entire roof, including wood needed to be replaced. We received our trailer back with a new roof. They even detailed the outside. He accuses you of lying when he doesn't even listen to what you are saying, he intentionally tries to shift the blame onto you whether it is your fault or not. Be very very detailed when getting service for your Rv here. I made the mistake of not doing an interior walk thru when I picked up my rig (they adjusted the window blinds) and when I got it home noticed a few damages. They claimed it wasn't them and they weren't liable. BEWARE and learn from my mistake!! Never drive away without looking at both in and outside of your rig, regardless what kind of work they did. Go somewhere else or call a licensed RV Mobile tech. Will never ever return here nor refer them. Good luck! I have mixed reviews, the person that explained the ins and outs of the RV we purchased was good. The service dept is where the drop off is. After they installed brake assist, my windows and radio stopped working right after. I was just up the street so I went back and they could not find a solution, but excuses. Telling me all they did was plug in the unit, which I told them everything was working before. They could not resolve the issue and suggested I go to a ford dealer to check it out without suggesting that they will pay for it. I do not recommend them point blank read more

I really need to shout out loud for the care and service we get from SRRV. We live in SR and bought our 2021 GeoPro there. Buying our RV there enables us to use the service center. They just fixed a sink vent issue on warranty and installed our back up camera. I can't say enough about them. It's hard to run a RV dealership. RVs are notoriously poorly built and dealers are overwhelmed with volume since COVID. It helps that SRRV sells a couple of top quality brands: Forest River and Grand Design. Their sales people are knowledgeable and they were on our side during the shopping and buying process. Jay Bell was our salesperson. The service center, as swamped as they always are, have been easy to work with and responsive, though it may take 1-2 business days for the service center to respond to an email. While shopping for our trailer we did a lot of research and monitored RV forums. Dealerships are notoriously bad in honesty and service. I feel SO grateful that SRRV has worked with us with integrity for the past year. And right in our town, instead of having to drive hours for service. Happy camping! read more

We went to Camping World first and was turned off by the salesmen used car vibe going on there. We decided to look locally and started at North Coast RV but they really didn't seem to care if they had our business or not. So we decided to try this one. We automatically liked Ian. I already made a review for Santa Rosa RV, this is a review for their service department managed by Jon Guistino. I own a 2022 Imagine 2500 RL, we had several issues with our brand new trailer. One door needed to be replaced due to warping, Solar connectors needed replacing due to cracking, scissor Jack was warped and needed to be replaced as well as the 30amp cover not closing properly. That being said, Trailers are hand made and they need constant attention unlike a car. What makes me happy more then anything is the great service after a large purchase. We had issues with back ordered parts, we had issues with wrong parts so Jon rescheduled my appointment until all the proper parts were in. Jon's staff had all of my trailers issues fixed in 24 hours as promised. There will be issues as we all know, but Jon was honest, attentive and most of all he cared about my overall happiness when the work was completed. We met Craig who listened to what we were hoping to find and he totally understood and told us about the Rockwood Ultra Lite 2614 BS. Do not waste your time buying an extended warranty from this RV sales place. My experiance was buying an rv from the original owner that bought it there and trying unsuccessfully to get it transfered to me, which is allowed by paying them $50 and they are supposed to pay a $50 check and send it to the warranty company,along with the application, which was never received by the warrantee company. The managers reply was, "we have spent enough time on this" after I asked if they could check with their bank to see if the check had been cashed, which it had not, as it was never recieved. I recently went to Santa Rosa Rv Sales and had the worst experience ever. The salesman was less then helpful to start. Of course he did tell me that if I didn't buy from them I wouldn't get service anywhere in town. I have been told that by sales reps in the past that if I bought a used rv from them they would not work on that either. The sales rep was incredible short and rude and I treated him the same way in return too. After looking at just 2 trailers I asked about another one, he said he would show me one more, when I asked about the remark, he told me no, he would get me a brochure and I could look at that but he refused to show me anything else. When I told him I thought he was being rude he responded that it was my fault because of my attitude. He had so many opportunities to turn the experience around but he made it worse with each comment. I have been by there a number of times looking at trailers to upgrade to and never had a very good experience but this time was horrible and I will never look or purchase from them. If your looking for an Rv go anywhere else but here!!! I love the brands of trailers they offer but when I upgrade I will look elsewhere. I bought my last grand design elsewhere because they were difficult to deal with, it was worth the drive to HappyDaze RV, they were so much easier to work with. About Rv repairs. I have had to have a few thing repaired on my trailer after my warranty was up. I contacted Marlo's in Santa Rosa they were great! They had me in and out, trailer fixed in about 3 weeks. I asked at Marlo's about doing warranty work and they can't do manufacturers warranty but they work with many extended warranty companies. We had spoke with Jake by phone about the possibility of ordering a unit that they did not have in stock. He was helpful and assured us it was no problem. When we arrived Jake greeted us and asked if we were ready to place the order. I told him that we needed to agree on the numbers first. We were ushered into a large waiting room that was part of the service area with a large roll up door that was open. It was cold. I attribute this to COVID precautions. We were quoted an MSRP that was 6,000 more than what was listed on the manufacturers web site. This was attributed to a shipping charge. Jake told me that they had discount he unit to 38 grand and some change. This is our fourth RV. I'm no novice and I am aware of what is happening in the industry because of COVID. I told Jake that I wanted to be at 35,000 out the door. He shook his head and said that his manager would reject the offer but he would ask. He came back with 38,000 out the door. I countered at 36,000 and Jake said we are not going to be able to make a deal. No explanation, no counter, no real concern. Your price is your price and I understand that. We spent a total of 15 minutes there and left feeling like they could care less if we shopped there or not. I left and phoned Sprads RV in Reno who had the unit in stock. I recently worked with Jake to purchase my very first travel trailer. He spent a couple of hours showing me all of the options that fit within my desired price, length, and weight ranges. I finally landed on the perfect one, but it was not in stock. He found out when it was coming in, let me know right away when it arrived, and was flexible with my pickup date. He not only was a great sales man, but he went above and beyond to make this the right purchase for me. I absolutely hate pushy sales men and have walked away from big purchases in the past because of it, but Jake was never this way. In addition to him helping me find the right travel trailer, Jake also supported my car search. I knew I would need to upgrade my Subaru in order to tow the type the trailer I wanted. He responded to my messages outside of business hours and gave me advice while I was at the car dealership. This ensured that my travel trailer life style upgrade would be as positive as possible. Ian helped with the final negotiation and was also very friendly and helpful in finding a deal that would work for me. Since picking up my trailer, I have still been able to reach Jake with questions and concerns. The great customer service did not stop after my purchase was complete, which is always a concern when buying something like a new trailer. I needed repair service for my trailer awning. As I was traveling and would only be in Santa Rosa for a short time, I set up the appointment months ahead of time. The service manager, Jon Guistino was responsive to all emails and ordered parts that may be needed. Even when I had to change the appointment, Jon was responsive and accommodating. Whatever information I requested was promptly provided by email. The repair turned out to be minor and I was charged for an hour of labor. I appreciated the integrity of the service department as they could easily have said the awning motor needed to be replaced when it did not. I bought my trailer from Santa Rosa RV three years ago. And that likewise was a good experience. The sales person was Ian Mackenzie. Ian was straightforward, courteous and pleasant to work with. As this was my first RV, he gave me lots of helpful information about RV'ing in general. Bottom line, my experience with Santa Rosa RV was positive. We can't say enough good things about Santa Rosa RV sales, and in particular the sales rep Jake. Never for one moment in our multiple visits did we ever feel pressured to buy anything. Jake answered all of our multitude of questions, with patience and a high level of expertise. Jake is a former RV repair technician, so he knows the business from the nuts and bolts up. Jake is also just an all-around great guy. You feel like you're with a friend from the first moment. No pressure, but we realized it was best to purchase early in the season, so our advice to everyone is if you really want to buy a new trailer don't wait until the summer, because inventory will be low or heavily back ordered. In any event, we were treated very professionally all through the entire process, we opted for some of the upgrade packages only because we knew that we would need them down the road. We went through a very thorough orientation wall through with David, who is also knowledgeable and answered questions with patience, and he arranged to have a few items touched up. We feel above else that we got a great deal, on a new trailer at a time when inventory is low. So we highly recommend them. One note, we visited Reed's RV in Penngrove just to check things out and were virtually ignored and our questions were given very little time. In August, my wife and I went to SR RV Sales to look at travel trailers (we originally planned on purchasing a motorhome). Jake showed us about 20+ travel trailers, as this would be our first time buying one. He was very patient and knowledgable. After spending countless hours researching on-line, at other local dealerships, and three more visits to SR RV Sales; we finally decided on the Rockwood 2104S! Early on, we did consider buying out of the area based on price, availability and reviews. Although there were numerous 2104S' on the lot, we decided to special order to get all the options we wanted. We were told our travel trailer would arrive by the first week of December. Jake was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. The story does not end there.... On Friday October 25th, Jake called and said our travel trailer arrived (1 month early). The very next day my family was evacuated from our home due to the Kincade Fire. We had no where to go. Being a first responder in Sonoma County, I was unable to leave town. I called Jake and Razi and asked if my family and I could stay in the travel trailer on their property, they immediately said YES!. When we arrived our new travel trailer was completely set up. They ran their electricity to the trailer (the fridge was even cold), A/C working, slide out extended and leveled.
