Interior from service drop off entrance
Elise S.

My review is for service only. I needed to get a spare key/FOB for my Ford Expedition after the only one I had went through the wash setting off the alarm leaving me with disconnecting the battery until the FOB dried out and worked again. I live in CA but am from Coon Rapids and have had work done on previous Ford vehicles on return visits to MN. I am always treated very well and I'm always happy with the results. Perhaps my review is swayed as the cost for repairs here is approximately only 1/3 the cost in my area of CA. I also don't give my local Ford in CA many stars for customer service or respect, so I do feel 5 stars here is legit for all of the above! There were issues with programming the new FOB so it did take longer than anticipated but I still didn't mind. The waiting area is comfy and to coffee is free and I enjoyed a couple "Mochachinos". I did have to drop a star and feel bad doing so because the people here were great and the price was right. I had the key made yesterday but today I got up with the kids at our campsite and finally had everything packed and ready to head out to a nearby hotel to pick up my 83 year old mother before checkout time in 10 min. The Expedition wouldn't start... a dead battery. When they disconnected it they didn't tighten back up the connectors to the battery. So, while the key/FOB works perfectly fine and I'm very happy with that. I know they had issues with the programming and wanted to get my vehicle quickly as I'd been waiting, but by doing so missed tightening the battery back up (which is needed to program the key with the alarm system).. and it caused a lot of stress today. Will I return? Absolutely... great people and I do believe they do good work. However, lost a star for the stress and aggravation today. Thankfully the hotel my mother was at felt bad and she wasn't charged for a late check out.

Ford Fusion Titanium
Autumn G.

I purchased a CPO 2022 Ford Fusion Titanium from this dealership in the late winter of 2021. It drove fine, looked nice, and the title was clean. Once I left the dealership, the car worked well for a few weeks. WEEKS. Then the flywheel cracked and caused a horrific sound to occur from the engine. Obviously angry and confused as to why the flywheel was damaged in an automatic engine, I brought it back for repairs. They kept my car for 2 weeks and replaced the flywheel. They did not diagnose the problem or tell me anything related to the cause. They assured me it wouldn't happen again. I took back the car and drove it for another year. About two months ago, the flywheel completely broke again while on the highway and my car ceased to accelerate. After having my car towed to the nearest Ford dealership (NOT North Country), I discovered that North Country had simply replaced the flywheel an "outdated" way and essentially caused my car to break down. Their ignorance, lack of care for their customers, and shitty morals caused my car to be in the shop for over 30 days. 30. Days. Thankfully this new dealership took care of me and helped me to determine that if North Country actually fixed my car CORRECTLY the first time- this wouldn't have happened. So thank you North Country for being the worst dealership I've had the pleasure of working with. Thanks to you, my car that you took such shit care of now has a beautiful new tranny and completely new engine. I do NOT recommend this dealership for purchasing and especially not for repairs. Go anywhere else. Will not be returning. I sincerely hope that you provide thorough and updated repairs to any future vehicles you work on. Picture of the Fusion for tax.

Jeep service…read more Started with drop off on Friday, August 1st 8:00. A rental was reserved & assigned to me because advisor stated Monday would be the earliest completion. Text message received Friday afternoon at 2:13 pm stating that our jeep was dispatched to a technician. More on this later but I considered a positive & that we would at least have a diagnosis. No further updates though I did reach out at 4:51 pm hoping for new information, no response. Monday August 4th came & no over the phone updates and only text messages after I reached out. 1:16 pm Message was "Andrew, wanted to check in and let you know that we're still looking into what exactly is going on with the vehicle. I am hoping for an answer by later today but worst scenario it could be tomorrow! --Jared Harvey Coon Rapids CJDR" Tuesday August 5th 8:04 am - finally received the diagnosis and the technician was working our Jeep. All via text message & asking for my approval via an electronic form. The technician's diagnosis video was helpful but I would have preferred speaking to someone to understand the repair cost breakdown etc. Later with No updates I reached out for any new information. The advisor stated that they needed to obtain parts( rear shocks ) from another dealer but were striving to have done on Tuesday 3 days into a fairly basic diagnosis & repair. All through experience I was the one reaching out for updates. Tuesday afternoon asked for an update stating I could not afford another day of rental fee. Advisor stated he would not charge for the additional time. Wednesday morning was the target for completion. Wednesday noon reached out for the 4th day update - no text or call back and so I called at noon and left a message. 1:13 pm - Received a message that the dealership was having internet issues but he would keep me posted. Again another day with all communication by text, no follow up personal phone communication apologizing for the inconvenience & unusually long repair time. At 2:33 I texted that I was coming to the dealership to wait until the Jeep was done as we had a concert to attend. I had other errands to attend too so I was not going yet. Important things like picking up prescriptions & picking up my wife for a concert. 4:01 pm received an automated message stating - "Final bill came to $1503.77 out the door. --Jared Harvey Coon Rapids CJDR" Additional information- This cost does include $100 for a Jeep Renegade rental. So a pretty expensive diagnostic cost of $260 plus and the parts & labor to replace 2 shocks. 4:15 received a text that Jeep was done- "Hi Andrew your vehicle services are complete. You may use the attached links to review and pay your invoice online (link to view) Thank You again for choosing Coon Rapids Chrysler Jeep Ram Dodge as your service provider - Jared Coon Rapids CJDR" Upon picking up I asked about what does dispatched to a technician mean..? Advisor on duty stated it meant that a technician was assigned to my jeep and was to perform the diagnostics. Overall a stressful situation that has me believing I need to switch vehicle brands where I can receive personal & effective & efficient service. Sad to say, I have started to search for a new vehicle and not a Jeep as other Jeep dealerships rated no better than this one. If I could give a negative point I would.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else…read more This dealership is extremely misleading and will cost you way more than you expect. They present add-ons like they're part of a "package," but almost everything is actually itemized separately, and WILDLY overpriced ($1100 for Honda car mats!!!!). You don't realize how bad it is until it's too late and your total shoots up. My sales rep, Aida Lane, completely downplayed the impact these add-ons would have on my monthly payment. She made it seem like it was barely a difference. It wasn't. Not even close. I made my entire financial decision based on what I was told, and it turned out to be completely misleading. Then comes Isaiah Davis, finance manager, who flat out refused to let me cancel anything. No valuable explanation. When I asked for proof, he sent documents that didn't even have my signature on them. So somehow I'm locked into products I didn't clearly agree to? Make that make sense. And no where did it show they weren't cancellable. I don't get why he won't just let me get rid of them!!! It gets worse. Auto Butler, LoJack, and Diamond Fusion were already installed on the car BEFORE I bought it. I was told "all cars have it now," yet I was still charged for them. Apparently some people "negotiate it off"...funny, because no one told me that was even an option. I was led to believe everything was part of one package, which it wasn't. And despite being third-party contracts, I was told otherwise until the paperwork said the opposite. Isaiah said they weren't third-party but literally sent the document that proves it was. Yet I STILL can't cancel it???! Trying to get answers after the sale? Good luck. Basic documentation and clear explanations were like pulling teeth. Things were glossed over, rushed, or just not explained at all. I even reached out to the GM, Katie Young, and got nothing helpful. just a generic response pushing me right back to the same people who caused the problem. Contacted Honda corporate too, and surprise: this dealership is privately owned, so there's basically no accountability. End of the day, I'm stuck with a high monthly payment on a car that's not even brand new, all because of how this was handled. This wasn't just a bad experience: it felt calculated. Be careful. Read EVERYTHING. And honestly? Just don't come here. It's been so stressful and extremely disappointing. Buying a car is supposed to feel like an achievement, yet it feels like a huge defeat.

We'd wasted plenty of time heading out to look at other trucks where pictures were intentionally deceptive, so, that was refreshing. We did our test drive with a copy of our license. We felt we were treated fairly, with no shady business practices. They were neither pushy nor evasive. Ultimately, we left with the truck. I'm here to honestly warn you about these guys. I was in contact with Ashlee, I'm not sure which family member she is but she doesn't know anything and refused to tell me why I don't have a title. I contacted the DMV, and they revealed that there was a problem with the title between them and Perfect 10. I tried again to discover what the issue is. Silent. The son, I don't even know his name, is never around and doesn't return calls. The problem is he's the only one that knows anything and he's nowhere to be found. At the end of the day, do not buy cars from ppl with questionable business practices. I got screwed but you don't have to. They don't have anything here that you won't find at another, more reputable dealership. I'm going to the DMV today to talk to the Dealer's division since 2 months wasn't enough time for Perfect 10 to obtain correct and legal documentation. I will update this review when I find out exactly what's going on and exactly how sketchy Perfect 10 auto is.

She came in with her own financing and was ready to purchase. With multiple sales people mulling around inside the dealership, her sales person bounced around between my daughter and others arriving. I wonder if you don't finance through this dealership you are placed at the bottom of the waitlist. I spoke to the sales manager and all they could say was sorry I guess we were busy. We purchased our vehicle here a few years ago and had a great experience. Things have obviously changed and customer service excellence seems to be less of a priority. My daughter is seriously thinking about going back to another Nissan dealer because her experience there was very high.
