I had to reschedule my appointment multiple times due to circumstances outside of my control and they were more than willing to. I had a great experience with USA pro. The owner was very responsive and up front with the pricing. Very competitive rates and I would definitely recommend him to everyone. I also liked that he answered my concerns about stepping on my roof. I have Spanish tile so I was really worried ppl stepping on it would break it.I don't think he had to step on my roof and even if he did he was half the size of everyone else I talked to so I feel like less chance of roof damage. He also trouble shooted two of my gutter downspouts that were clogged and declogged them and mentioned an area where I had a leak where the repair would require gutter reshaping. I appreciated the diagnosis. He also took out a bird nest that settled in the gutter above my front door. This business was prompt and responsive and upfront with their pricing, and also showed proof of insurance coverage. All of my questions were answered immediately, and the owner of the company came out and worked all day and was very polite and professional and cleaned up. I would highly recommend using this business for getting a permanent gutter protection system installed, which is far less than many of the other companies that I went and got quotes from. I felt the price was very reasonable and the work was excellent. Upon completion of the work I asked the owner about other projects and work that they perform and they can basically do almost any Handyman household projects. Boaz was a lifesaver! I was hosting a baby shower at my home and had someone else lined up to come the day before the shower to clean my windows but learned that his truck broke down the day before he was to come. Boaz was very responsive, showed up at 7 am the next day and was here all day cleaning my windows, interior and exterior.
