They eventually did tow it as it could shift into neutral and I'd been calling for estimates and getting stonewalled by them wanting to know with whom I left the key or a description of the employee. They don't give their names or wear name badges and I am an autistic woman with neurological impairments meaning I cannot recall names and match with faces until I'm well-acquainted with someone. They also overcharged me $200 on a prior repair by placing an estimated amount in a service charge column and I was initially willing to use that credit balance on subsequent work, but that is no longer possible.

They charged me $80 an hour labor to work on my Lincoln Town Car, which is the average labor cost across the Country, and $60 for picking it up at my house and towing it to their garage, which is below average towing costs. All in all, I'm very satisfied with them and recommend them to anybody that needs their car serviced.
