Taking a 2 hour lunch and making a 30 minute drive on a rainy day, I decided to pay for the most premium car wash experience called the "Ultimate Wash". Again, it was a rainy day, so all that was needed was the vacuum inside the car. Following the wash (with a tip) I raced back to work after the long lunch and drive back to the office. At the end of the day, I noticed the back of my car had not been touched. Hair all over the place. When I called, the owner did not even get on the phone with me, and did not offer any discount or refund. I will never go back, nor will I ever recommend.

I always get the ultimate wash and the van always looks nice, they even clean out the rear of the van. I noticed when I arrived home that one of the 3rd row seats was up instead of being stowed away. There's no reason for the workers to mess with the seats. Last week I needed to carry something large but the seat wouldn't go down. I took it to Anderson Toyota. It cost me $103 for them to check it out and the estimate to repair the broken seat is $832! There was no reason for the vacuum staff or the finishing staff to touch the third row seats. They didn't even have the honesty to admit that they broke the seat, but instead left it for me to find. If lawyers weren't so expensive I would sue the owner for damage to my Sienna van. Do not use this carwash!!!

Really appreciate the free vacuums that are on both sides of the car, making it really easy to clean every nook and cranny. The wash went very fast and the employee at the front of the line was very helpful and efficient. The car looks mostly in tip top shape after the wash and wax, but there's still small traces of dirt and debris on the outside. Would have loved to see all of that gone for how expensive it was, but then again, I worked at a car wash decades ago and you really can't get a car fully clean without an actual human doing it. So this place is good for what it is, just next time I'll skip the expensive wash and just do the middle of the road one for $12.

Automated car washes charge more than that, and these guys spray the outside of the car, wash the windows, remove bug residue, and then it goes through the wash itself. Not only they did poor job of washing the car, I discovered cracks and paint chips on the car's body! I wasn't aware and thrilled about the car going through an automatic drive-through wash first then they do a hand wash. Very upset and frustrated! Who's gonna cover the paint chipping all over the car? Moreover, the plate numbers were bent! Is that all your automatic car drive-through is doing? They rush you so there is no chance to inspect the car properly. Every time I point out something needs attention they respond: don't worry! They don't listen, they're in a hurry, and now I'm the one super worried! I just realized that in the receipt it states power wash rubber mat! And they only vacuumed!
