However, if you need to make a change to your billing information associated with lessons or music rentals, it cannot be done online, only over the phone. When you call, expect at least a 30-minute wait for "customer service". I finally called the store, and they were able to correct my billing information for lessons but not the rental. Then I had to spend another 30 minutes trying to get the instrument rental billing fixed. I finally just paid off the instrument balance so I wouldn't have to deal with them again. Finally, the way lessons are handled is a complete scam. Prior to the acquisition, if you needed to cancel a lesson in advance, you were not charged. Now you are charged regardless of when you cancel. You can "make up" the lessons, but this is nearly impossible during the summer when multiple weeks of lessons are being missed. The teacher doesn't have the flexibility to do that many make-ups. In short, it is a total scam. We will be looking for a new lesson location.

I used their web form to ask question and the manager responded to all my questions. He had to special order my book. I ordered and received the motherboard and belt and just did not have the time, or skill set, to make the swap. I found Atlanta Treadmill & Fitness Repair Team through an Internet search, liked what I read so I called and set an appointment. Our technician was absolutely amazing! Very cordial, polite, patient and mostly, concerned about getting my machine back from the dead. I knew I made the right decision when I saw how much time it took him, a professional, to swap the two parts. The machine was adjusted at full speed which caused a loud rubber sound. The technician should've advised this wasn't recommended on an old machine. Further, the company sent an overpriced quote to replace the belts for hundreds of dollars when the technician advised not to replace belts because it would put stress on an old motor. The owner (Lisa) wouldn't issue a full refund of the $150 service fee which took 10 minutes to complete. Poor business practice and profits over conscience. *The company is trying to spin it. Begrudgingly I went to Fox Appliance Parts in Jacksonville, FL to purchase the "overpriced" replacement belt. HOWEVER, what I actually got at Fox Appliance Parts was a GENUINE, MADE IN USA, Whirlpool factory certified part which will outlast the cheaper alternative by at least 7 years, maybe 10 years! This was a GOOD purchase and I'm totally satisfied! Outstanding and knowledgable counter people. This drier repair will probably outlast me!
