We first found out about Heavenly Paws when searching for end of life care for a community cat we…read morefell in love with. I took the kitty in and was treated with compassion and caring, so much so it almost felt like a funeral home making arrangements. When our 15 year old inside tabby passed we did not hesitate to use their services again. We had Dr M.G. McReynolds (who I had used back in the 00s) come for an in-home visit and she handled the transport of our baby to Heavenly Paws. We got a call from them upon her arrival that he had arrived and was being taken care of. Can't recommend them, as well as Dr McReynolds, enough.

The pricing is reasonable and very clear on the website, and they explain everything that you get with the selected package. There were also options on the form to order extra memorabilia (additional cost) on top of what you already get. She told us it would take 1-2 weeks, and we got a call back asking us to pick up about a week and a half after we dropped her off. The place was extremely clean, the staff is amazing, and the service they provide is astounding. The location is a bit strange, as it's in an office park, but the environment inside is immediately warm and welcoming as soon as you walk in. Don't let the initial outside looks fool you. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone who has lost their beloved pet and is going through many difficult emotions. The staff will handle it gracefully and treat you with the utmost respect.

They explain everything to me. Dr. O and her team even coordinate her care over text with me. They have really helped me to feel not completely alone in such a terrible time and that Bella is truly cared for. She loves everybody there especially Dr. O. She is the only vet my sweet girl has ever trusted.

I can't yet put my finger on it but I have a feeling that maybe only 1 person or a select few here that's behind it. Basically, we received paperwork with the address and phone number, but the doctor that is on the document is not there. Instead, he is/was a doctor at the vet in TX with the same name. When asked about this doctor, we were told that he no longer is with the clinic (in GA). So....is using his name and doing work as him? Another interesting thing is one of the doctors hear appears to be related to one that's in TX. There is definitely a connection. I thought a first that maybe the person (no, not an employee) who showed us the paperwork made it up themselves, and I would probably be suspicious of that if it wasn't for the face that when I asked an employee about it (very nice person), I was told that a few others have inquired about the legitimacy of paperwork they received. The person could not produce a receipt because they said that when they took the dog in that day, the vet claimed that they were having issues with their computer and couldn't print or anything. They emailed some email address that was the clinic's name but misspelled. It was a regular letter NOT on a letterhead and I could tell it was not legit just by looking at it. By the way, the nice person that I spoke to said that they have no knowledge of that letter or email address...and that they don't even provide the type of paperwork that was even requested. I'm wondering if someone is making money on the side and just using this doctor's name that is no longer there. Or is this doctor himself doing something he shouldn't?? He has been in trouble in the past for things so it's possible. Is someone working alongside him on this? When I brought this whole issue to one of the doctors still there, it just seemed kind of pushed off and I felt that they knew something was going on. It's very unsettling. I guess the best thing to do is to let the proper channels investigate this whole thing.... If someone is using this clinic and doing fraudulent things, I hope this clinic does a thorough investigation. Giving 3 stars for now...
