The after hours staff gave me options to come in Monday or drop off my cat at local vet ER on Sunday evening for pick up by Per Angel on a regular workday. Miraculously I received a call from Lenee around 9 am offering same day drop off by appointment. for an additional cost which I gladly took. I was there by 11:40 am and had my cat in good hands. We were able to order memorial urn vase, necklace charm, and fur clipping which I had picked out in advance on their website. Lenee was super professional and compassionate. I am grateful for the options of paying more for a Sunday appointment so I can get my cat in good hands and not have to call out sick for work tomorrow. I still remember the wonderful care that was provided to me back in 2012 when my previous cat died thank you for all your help and God bless you!

I had text messages to me encouraging me to come to the counseling sessions and very warm messages asking if there was anything they could do further. It really felt like family was checking up and helping you versus a business taking your money and delivering a service and it's done. The counseling service and session they provided was great and needed. I got to talk to other pet parents that had to do the same things as I in giving my pet relief and I've been given some sort of peace of mind at this time seeing what others have gone through as well. All in all, I hope this business continues to thrive because of the horror stories you hear about other similar businesses. We really need more people like this in the world!

We'll sure miss our fur-baby but it's best she didn't suffer needlessly. Our beloved Sweetheart had responded well to medications but her kidneys failed this past weekend. She was 16 years and 7 months old. Treatment with IVs would have been stressful, may not have helped, and her kidneys would have failed again. Sweet Dreams has designed a Memorial Garden where Sweetheart's ashes will be scattered for future visitations. They now have their own cremation facility.

We had lost touch after he…read moreclosed his clinic on Buford Hwy but when my older girl Maggie was diagnosed with lung cancer, I contacted him and asked him if he'd be available for us when the time came. At the point that we knew it was time to let Maggie go, Dr. Allen came to my house and was absolutely amazing. He spent over 2 hours with us, first talking about Maggie and her sister Phoebe, and then talking us through the process. When the time came, he gave Maggie a sedative to put her to sleep and then once she settled into deep sleep, putting in an IV. Once she was gone he sat with us for as long as we needed and then gently wrapped up our Maggie-girl and took her to the crematorium. We chose not to get her ashes back but to get a pawprint in clay and a hair clipping. He made all those arrangements on our behalf and texted me to follow up and make sure everything was as planned. Losing a pet is so very hard but when you can let them go with dignity and love, it helps. And Clay knows that and was instrumental in making sure that our sweet Maggie-girl went peacefully and surrounded by the people she loved and who loved her. I highly highly recommend if you have a pet who is ready to go that you do it in your home where they're comfortable and let Clay in to be a part of your family for that time. He will do right by you and your pet.

Each time I uncontrollably sob on the phone but they're always so kind and patient, they're also great with communicating when pick up/drop off will be. One time I had a pet euthanized and they picked my precious Bandit up from the vet's office in McDonough and this time I had my cat pass away outside my home. Kevin came and was very kind and took away my precious Mittens. It takes roughly 2-3 days for them to cremate my fur baby but that could be because I live a good distance away on the south side of Atlanta. These are the best people! They gave me the urn, a paw print on the certificate and a fur sample! They also have a few other add ones like a cement paw print or a fancy urn. I will definitely be using them again when I have another pet pass away.

I booked a $200 full groom for my 95-pound Goldendoodle, and he did not receive the service I paid…read morefor. Most importantly, I do not believe he was even bathed. Cash's appointment lasted just under an hour from the time grooming began until he was ready. When Cash was done, his coat looked, felt, and smelled exactly as it did before the appointment. Based on six years of professional grooming and regular bathing and blow-drying at home, I know what his coat looks and feels like after a proper bath and blow dry. I do not believe he received one. Several other basic parts of the groom were also missed. His paw pads and sanitary area were not trimmed, his belly was left significantly longer than the rest of his body, and his head and face had not been trimmed despite my request for an even-length summer cut. I asked Joseph to trim his face before leaving, and Cash was returned about five minutes later. Joseph also told me he did not use a grooming table and said he had been hesitant to trim Cash's face because he was concerned about hurting him. He did not mention any behavior issues with Cash. I appreciate that Joseph returned later that afternoon after I raised my concerns and ultimately reduced the price by 50%. However, the original $200 price (plus $30 tip) was for a full professional groom, and that is not the service I received. I initially chose Poshest Pooch because of the influencer content I had seen online. Based on my experience, I would not book again or recommend this service.
