So I went to Dee's and the attendant advise me what size machines to put him into to wash and dry him properly. The laundromat was nice, clean, roomy, cozy and of course warm. So I found a corner and put in the machine and camped out for awhile. The machines accept credit cards and coins which is great. The process was so simple and easy and my stuffed draft stopper came out PERFECTLY CLEAN AND DRY. For my 1st time going to Dee's I truly recommend them. This was was nice and the staff was very helpful. Bud is thankful for the wonderful cleaning and treatment from Dee's.

Yesterday when picking up my dry cleaning I was initially told that my items totaled over $120 (for 11-12 items, mostly shirts), despite me presenting a 40% off coupon. I left the items and asked for a supervisor to call me - something had to be off. Today I never received the courtesy of such a phone call. Driving home from work it hit me that I could no longer delay the pick up and needed to grab my dry cleaning as a few items I included this week were to be used for family pictures being taken tomorrow. I arrived in and was told that Lindsey left the instructions that I had already used my 40% coupon. I wish I knew who did because it wasn't me! I purposefully waited to use this coupon until it was worth my while. Considering most weeks when I would pick up my dozen shirts the total is usually $55 without much of a discount, to get hit with a bill now of over $90 when I presented a 40% coupon that was chosen not to be honored is unacceptable. The owner seems to be here most mornings and they do wash/dry/fold service if you don't want to do your laundry yourself. Sometimes the place is a little messy, but that seems to be the fault of patrons not cleaning up after themselves, not the owners fault.

It looks like it is set up well to use the machines and they have those wire baskets on wheeled so you can move your laundry from the washer to the dryer. Wash dry fold is now $1.45 a pound (as of July 1, 2024). The people do wonderful job and are very responsive and easy to work with.
