She didn't even clean the area.. I've been having issues with the billing department. Recharging me for Drainage of Skin Abscess. They refused to remove a procedure that was not performed and remind you that you signed consent . I did not have any procedure done to my neck. But that's what the documentation says on their end. Paid an additional $200 in just the difference between insurance and my payment. They charged 410.39 to shave wart off. I've received 3 bills totaling $400 and I have insurance. They double charged me for procedures. And than have a 3rd party billing department to deal with any complaints or issues who has to relay you're complaint to them to resolve it. Only to be called back by 3rd party to say there is no resolution. Side note : The NP was knowledgeable and performed her procedures well. I made an appointment and when I arrived they told me that I called and canceled my appointment and switched it to another day which I 100% percent DID NOT do. Obviously the lady Luz screwed up. They tried to give me another day but I explained to them I took the day off of work. Instead of them accommodating me for their mistake they refused to take me and really acted like they didn't care. No apology or anything. Just continued to blame me for something I didnt do. Why would I cancel my appointment, then take a day off of work and show up anyway? RIDICULOUS!! Lack of courtesy is what they showed me!!! read more

This office is hands down the worst office I've ever been to. The unprofessionalism is astounding. I went to this establishment four months ago i was approved for a script and they will not work with my insurance, or my specialty pharmacy. After two calls a month for the past four months I still have received my medication. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. No one calls back there's been no resolution. Really a shame because the Doctor/ PA was kind and took the time to explain everything to me. Staff is either untrained or disinterested in their patients. read more

echoing what the other reviews here are saying. I saw the nurse practitioner and she is awful and totally unprofessional. Walked in telling me what she was prescribing me without even looking at the problem or asking my symptoms. Spent all but maybe 2 minutes with me. Definitely just working to get their $75 copay and rest of their money from my insurance. Also push medications and prescriptions from a specialty pharmacy on you without much explanation, makes me wonder if they are receiving kick backs.. many other dermatologist offices in the area so definitely avoid this one read more

Staff is very nice and on the ball. The nurse practitioner I have seen a few times is not helpful in my opinion, and I feel like she pushes unnecessary prescriptions on me. My prescription plan covers them with no co-pay, which is nice, but I really didn't get the sense that I needed them. read more

I had a new patient appointment in Parsipanny today. The office staff ( they have like six locations) had a miscommunication about my appointment time and the nurse practitioner tried to refuse to see me even though there were no other patients in the office. The kind desk staff finally made it work by explaining it wasn't my fault. When I saw her she was COLD, did not introduce herself, and failed to follow through on my request to see the photos she'd taken of my back for preauthorization for biopsy and removal. I left feeling like I'dd wasted my time, and this is a BIG IMPERSONAL money maker just looking to biopsy everything they can get away with. In a typical situation I may have been okay, but the fact that she treated me in such a cold way devoid of empathy or explanations just left a sour taste in my mouth. I doubt I'll return and caution others against this place. Perhaps the other Nurse Practitioners are great, (seeing the doctor is apparently NOT possible "HE" is like the Wizard in Oz.) but first impressions tell me the is NOT a place I want hacking away at my skin. read more

Called for an appointment and quote for office visit with no insurance, they said $125.00 so I made and went to the appointment. Less than 1 week later I got a bill stating that I had no insurance and for them to look that up it cost me an additional $75.00, I contested the bill. After the nurse practitioner reviewed the problem, something I had once before (sort of like a pimple on my back) and the solution was to treat it as if it were a pimple, the last time I had this I was in and out in about 45 minutes with a cleaned and bandaged wound and a script for amoxicillin (they billed my insurance for testing that never happened, I saw the billing on my EOB, I called them about it and they said they will make the correction, yeah sure.) This time the nurse practitioner told me she wasn't going to do it and that I have to go to the hospital, 2 minutes later she said she'll do it for $500.00. I asked her for a script for amox to which she gave me and I went home and cleaned it myself. read more
