He examined the paint chip that was peeling, did a complete assessment, and gave me guidelines to prevent peeling in the future, such as making sure the wood is good and dry before painting, provide an oil base primer, and then buy a high quality paint. I have been to many paint stores before and dealt with many so called experts. Bill is the real deal. He is honest, caring, and extremely knowledgeable.
