DO NOT order parts thru here. if they dont have them in stock, move on. i waited 4 weeks to receive…read morea handle assembly (i paid in full) i called up my old employer (largest stihl dealer in the NE) and asked if the part i needed was on backorder, it was not... the general rule is if you order from stihl, anything over 50$ is free 2-day shipping (my part was 60$) they had originally promised me it would be a week or week and a half, that however was untrue. i called every week sometimes twice a week as this saw is very expensive and the customer i'm doing the repair for was eager to get his equipment back. same excuse every call "we've ordered the part it should be in anywhere from monday to tuesday", if i called on a monday they'd say; "wednesday to friday." this business lacks organization and my customer was afraid to go here for the repair initially as thi company has a reputation for either further breaking equipment, or losing the equipment. my suggestion, sure the parts may be cheap, but do you really want to get screwed in the longrun?

I'll always support local business but they make it easy Need spray paint they had it sawblade, they had it birdseed on sale and suet they had it birdfeeder They had it with a great selection plumbing supplies they had Door knob set , screws, carabiners they have it Extensive canning supplies / you get the picture!! I could go on a long list of items we've been able to purchase less than 5 miles from our house and save heading out to a neighboring town service is exceptional. someone says hi when you come in the door and they walk you back to what you're looking for they don't use vaguely point down an aisle They will put on special orders for us when we needed things and had them there within a two days!

I couldn't find anyone to help me find what I needed so I searched high and low until I found what I needed, which is all fine. I went to the register and placed them on the counter. The cashier asked what I had. I told her. then she asked how much did they cost? I responded that I did not know. she sarcastically said that the prices were right in the front of the bin that I got the items from. then she just stood there staring at me. as a short pause went by. I asked. Do you want me to get the price for you? she said. would you? so I went back looking for the item got the price and gave it to her. she rang me out abd I left. it's not my job to search for prices in the store abd in fact I should have told her a lower price but I'm too honest to do such a thing. in all honesty, I should have just went to Home Depot to spend my money because this establishment has zero customer service. I will never step foot in here again. the woman behind the register is a sarcastic, cocky, lazy employee that should not be working with the public.

The friendly staff are helpful and can point you in the right direction for what you need. There's an information desk to the left when you walk in and you can usually ask questions there, if there's no one there the cashiers can help. They do so many different things that I didn't know about - they rent power tools and it's super affordable (I rented a sander for 4 hrs for $10), they repair screen doors, they have garden supplies...the list goes on.
