Becovic, S&M Building Management, Chicago Police Department, FBI, DEA, Federal Marshalls, Street Criminals they hire and Mark Glazer leading the Medical an extreme Electromagnetic/RF portion, drive around Chicago Eavesdropping into Hotels and Apartments/Homes listening for conversations and sounds of drug use and other illegal activity. They have also used it for sexual based conversations and forced viewing of minors. Based on unsure illegally captured information they send a group in to rent a room next to the people and then start harassing them. They even listen to private conversations protected by HIPPA and your private protected business information and turn around and use that against you along with other personal information they gather and also pass it along to these common street criminals they hire to harass you even more so they can try and claim no legal responsibility. They use speakers to broadcast into your home them making suggestively illegal interactions with youth and also conversations and sounds of them using drugs to record and blackmail you. This has followed me through 3 states and cost me 4 homes and my job. They are even stealing your businesses private information. Call the Chicago Police Department, FBI, Attorney General and tell them Ryan Higgs told you about this as they reroute my calls, block them, hang-up on me after waiting 10 minutes on hold with 911, don't respond to online report submissions etc. This is going to cost the city Billions of dollars and has already cost everyone in Chicago their Civil Rights and Freedom that you are guaranteed. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Ken Lebovic of North Shore Holding for several months -- first as a prospective tenant and now as a tenant. Since the first time I called North Shore requesting to see one of their rental properties, they have been incredibly responsive and accomodating. The house that I'm renting was fully renovated by North Shore and was in move-in condition. I had some special requests before I moved in and Ken did not hesitate to agree to them. For example, I have two dogs and really needed the yard to be fully fenced-in. Ken approved my request immediately and had a crew out to the house to install the fence within two days. As with many renovated properties, there have been some repairs that needed to be made. Every time I have emailed or texted Ken with an issue, I have received a response within an hour....actually, usually within 15 minutes. The service professionals that Ken employs (i.e. electricians, HVAC, landscapers) are very skilled and are also incredibly responsive and easy to work with. I cannot say enough good things about Ken, his partner Chris Manousselis, and the rest of the North Shore Holding team. Moving can be stressful. But having Ken as my landlord has made this move a very positive experience and I look forward to being his tenant for years to come. I know that North Shore Holding owns hundreds of rental properties. But in all of my dealings with them, I have always received very prompt and personalized service and have been made to feel like a valued tenant. Ken and the team at North Shore are truly amazing and so responsive! I have been renting for over a year and a half and have absolutely no complaints- my unit and building are perfectly maintained and Ken is always there to answer any questions or service requests promptly (literally within minutes!) Prior to moving into this unit I had lived in another apartment building for eight years. The management company at that prior building was decent, but the units were a bit lackluster and became way too expensive over the years for a "vintage" unit. Needless to say, after living in one place for eight years I was very hesitant and fearful about moving anywhere outside of my comfort zone. However, my decision to rent from North Shore Holdings is probably the best decision I could have ever made when it comes to renting a place. My home is very important to me when it comes to having of a sense of security and peace, and Ken and the team have always exceeded my expectations when it comes to their professionalism and responsiveness with my unit. Not to mention, I have endless amenities (no more dressed up "vintage apartment"), I feel completely at peace and taken care of in my home, and I even arrived home to find a care package from Ken last Christmas! Ken and the North Shore Holdings team are absolutely amazing! I rented a property in Elgin from them for a year and a half and it was the best renting experience you could ask for. He is always available and ready to help with anything you need. We had a skunk sneaking under our shed, which is a very common issue in the Elgin area. And with our two dogs it was not a pleasant surprise! He had an exterminator out the next day to take care of the issue! Also one of my dogs is considered a "dangerous breed" (Doberman) and many landlords were weary to rent to me. Ken gave me the shot to prove that I had a very well behaved gentle giant and my dogs are my kids so that meant the world to me. Right before moving out I had realized that I had misread the move out date and was leaving a month too early. Ken was so understanding and helpful with that situation I could not believe it. I had to find a rental from out of state, I didn't have much to go off of besides Yelp reviews so I could avoid any potential landlord drama as I've encountered in the past I was soo lucky to find a rental that North Shore Holdings was offering and thanks to their yelp I was able to feel comfortable securing a home from out of state North Shore holdings has been an amazing stress free landlord situation, anytime you have an issue someone comes out and checks out your problem if something is broken it is replaced no questions asked no wait period and excellent friendly handyman! They are there whenever you need them, always answer texts, emails and phone calls but completely leave you alone until you need something which is very nice and total relaxed chill situation My rent is a little on the higher side but you get what you pay for and I'd rather pay a little more monthly and be in a completely relaxed chill landlord tenant relationship you wont regret renting from them my experience has been lovely - can't forget to mention the yummy local cookies shipped to my doorstep around the holidays! Ken has been my landlord for over a year -- during this time he has been overwhelmingly responsive and professional. I've made several repair calls to Ken and he responds within the hour with the name and number of the appropriate contact person. Most recently, our dishwasher broke - with three kids this was a huge hassle to hand wash dishes after each meal -- Ken responded within the hour and the next day we got a call from ABT to schedule the delivery of our new dishwasher! From beginning to end, the entire process was about 48 hrs.! As a multiple-time home-owner, I know home maintenance calls and repairs can take days. Ken has a wonderful teams of electricians and plumbers who are responsive and professional. Additionally, Ken added an online system where you can schedule automatic withdrawals from your bank account -- very handy for when you are traveling, etc. and like to pay your bills online. I rented a townhome in Island Lake, IL in September of 2017 from Ken at North Shore Holdings. Due to flooding I had to leave my family home. Unable to find a suitable home, my belongings were scheduled to be stored. The day before everything was to be stored, Ken's property became available and he facilitated a quick closing which allowed me to move directly into the new home and avoid the storage unit. I had a wonderful experience with North Shore and Ken Lebovic my landlord. The company is very easy to work with because they give you the option to set up an online portal though which you can pay rent and request maintenance to be done. It was nice not to have to mail a check in. When needing anything Ken was quick to respond - usually within a half an hour. He is super easy to work with and a great landlord to have. I had to relocate out of state for work and he helped me to make the process of moving out go smoothly. My girlfriend and I rented from North Shore Holding in Oak Park, IL just last year. I can say the experience with Ken as our Landlord was fantastic. He was incredibly responsive to any issues that normally come up when you rent a place. (We had a bathtub issue that was pretty much our fault and he sent a plumber over the next day and got it all worked out) I have had a handful of Landlords and Ken was by far the best. As a first time renter my experience was fantastic! Ken is a very kind, patient, and helpful landlord who takes great pride in doing his best work for his tenants. He was extremely easy to get a hold of and any issues with the apartment were taken care of right away. The dishwasher was not working and he replaced it right away.
